@powerbottoming Gay men by definition don’t understand what makes a woman attractive, so when they try to emulate attractive femininity they fail entirely into a messy caricature

@Stylite47 @_jonbowlin That not what He said. You’ve paraphrased in the worst possible way and misconstrued to overlay your own idea rather than the binle’s message.. Bad.. very bad.

He literally says that teasing the man who asks “what he must do to inherit eternal life?” After teasing him for blaspheming (not really) he tells the man that the law is not enough but that he must sell everything he has, give it to the poor and follow him (Christ). Read your Bible bud

Believers are not under the Mosaic covenant as a covenant of works or national administration, but we are still under God’s moral law in Christ as a rule of life. So, the moral law continues as a rule of life for believers, not as a means of justification, but as a response to grace. WCF 19.5 states it well: “The moral law binds everyone forever, justified believers as well as others, to obedience of it. That is not only in regard to the matter contained in it, but also in respect of the authority of God the Creator, who gave it. Nor does Christ, in the Gospel, in any way dissolve this obligation, but instead much strengthens it.”

@Stylite47 @_jonbowlin What? Jesus said the first two are the greatest Commandment. The Ten Commandments are obviously moral law. You’re just trying to justify breaking the second Commandment.

Well he says that he has come not to abolish but to fulfill the law (implying either way that their jurisdiction had ended with His coming). St Paul also says in Ephesians that “by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace”
