@CedarDAO and all that care about what is going on. We have a rouge committee member making arbitrary and financial decisions not approved by the DAO and accusations they decided to pay themselves. Some legal counsel is being cited but not named. I have major concerns about how our funds are being allocated. We need the current 2 member "committee" to dissolve and step down and immediately start a new one.
I am willing to put CCGC on hold to run as committee member and help get this sorted out.
First order of business do an financial audit of all expenditures and see where our money has gone to. Second and in parallel to either seek new legal counsel or work with the existing to finish the DAO governance and documentation as this temporary committee was supposed to do. Third, work with Wallet Enterprises to launch Atlas.
All of this will be in manner to bring our committee together in the same direction as a cohesive DAO not someone who would divide us and destroy the project.

What is the legal firm that created this document and how much did it cost us? Why did they not sign off on it? I want this to have a letter of validation from the legal counsel on their letterhead.

I don't believe this is our legal counsel. I also don't believe we have a committee anymore. You still have not address my question of who is left on the committee and who is controlling the vote. The committee members left must resign and we must vote on a new 9-member committee in my option. Are you not willing to do this now? Who made you the leader? When did that vote happen? The financial concerns will be on the shoulders of the new committee, not yours. The new committee will get to the truth of issues and hopefully save this project. As of now, you are destroying my investment. It must end.
