🔥 LIFE UPDATE! The first 2 months of 2026 have been absolutely incredible and a huge improvement over the past couple years. A lot of good things have happened and are still happening. Since early 2021, I experienced symptoms of Depression and Anxiety which worsened after graduating High School. 2022-2024 was the darkest and the most devastating period in my entire life and honestly, I didn't know if I was ever going to come out of it alive. Despite that I never have given up and never surrendered. That's who I am and always will be. In 2025, I officially got diagnosed with Depression and got the proper support I needed. Thank you to all of thoses who have supported me since the very beginning of my mental health troubles and supported me when I needed it!
Right now as of writing of this, most of my depression and anxiety as evaporated. However, i still experience some side effects and symptoms which according to my research is normal and expected. Depression physically changes your brain chemistry and can take sometimes years to recover. The biggest issue I face as of now is brain fog and other cognitive issues. It also doesn't help that I have ADHD too. However, i've noticed that it has improved over time and I should be fully recover by summer.
The reason why I'm sharing this is to help others who may be having similar battles. If you are struggling then please know that you're not alone. If you are struggling, reach out to your friends, family, or even professional support. It Is also important to check-up on people you care about regardless if they appear happy or fine. Depression and other mental illnesses don't always show up physically and like mentioned earlier can and will physically change the brain and alter someone's feelings and thinking. Remember, you are the author of your own story. You have a lot more say in your life then you think you do.
Again, thank you to all of those who have supported me! 2026 is going to be an amazing year! ❤️
