Some days ago, A follower had approached us, He was diagnosed with tongue cancer and was undergoing treatment for it, He had bought the policy online, His first claim was for 11L, The insurance company was time and again asking for documents, His claim was stuck for nearly 2-3 months, He reached out to us, We assessed his documents, made some modifications, and asked the doctor to give us some more documents. We went back to the insurer, The claim was resolved in the next 10 days. 10.93L was paid to the customer, The policy was online, We didnt take any money to help the customer, And we helped him to the maximum extent possible, This was our token of help for someone who was already in distress with a horrible disease like cancer, People may abuse us People may say we are biased, People may also call the health insurance industry a scam, But this is how, The health insurance industry is saving millions from poverty, We are very, very happy and satisfied that we helped someone in real need 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 Hope he is relieved if cancer very soon!

@NIKHILLJHA Assuming you may have missed a small detail: the doctor mentioned "hypertension" somewhere in the report or prescription. Otherwise, how could the insurer reject the claim with that allegation? If it's not mentioned anywhere, the customer can directly complain to the Ombudsman.

A customer who had bought a policy online, Approached us for help, His claim for a heart attack was rejected by the insurer, The insurer alleged that he had hypertension before buying the policy, and he had not disclosed this condition at the time of buying the policy. The customer said:- He never had hypertension before this, and what the insurer said was incorrect. When we asked the customer Please ask ur cardiologist to certify whether you had hypertension or not? The customer started abusing us He said:- "Why are you siding with the insurer?" We told him:- "First of all u bought the policy online, You should be going to customer care for help. But we are helping you just out of humanity, Asking a doctor to clarify when u contracted the disease is the correct procedure here, We will not e party to a fraud or an incorrect claim, If you are incorrect, we will not support you." He said:- You guys act too smart and dont know anything! We said:- We won't be helping you anymore. Thank u for reaching out to us Moral of the story:- We dont support fraud with the insurers, If you are wrong, No one can help u get a claim!

My father is a doctor and a retired Medical Officer. He retired in 2016 — and even after all these years, he is still fighting to receive his rightful pension and gratuity. On 08/04/2025, the Gujarat High Court ordered the government (SCA No. 4931/2016) to release his pension and dues within two months. It has now been over a year — and there is still no resolution. At 72 year’s age, he has made countless visits to both New and Old Sachivalaya in Gandhinagar, hoping someone would listen. We also filed a complaint on the SWAGAT portal (WTC/2026/3064), but there has been no response. This is someone who spent his entire life serving patients. Today, he is left running from office to office for what is legally his. Is this how the system treats its own people? @Bhupendrapbjp sir, we are still waiting for justice. People continue to vote, often in the name of @narendramodi sir — but governance is not a one-person effort. The system as a whole must function with accountability and humanity. @BJP4Gujarat

@yabhishekhd My Jio SIM was suddenly deactivated last month, even though I followed their warning SMS and recharged it with Rs 11 the day before. Incredibly frustrating, especially since the SIM was active without recharges for 7 years!

PSA: Jio has started deactivating SIM cards that are used only for free incoming calls, often without prior warning. If you haven't recharged your Jio SIM in the past year, it's a good idea to do so now to avoid losing your number. Some plans worth considering: the ₹189 plan (2GB/month), the ₹209 plan (1GB/day for 22 days), or the ₹11 plan (1 hour of unlimited data). Many users are reporting daily deactivations, so acting now can save you the hassle.

@MoPNG_eSeva HPgas system marked subsidy as opted out. Raised grievances CAS-1716822-W7L8M6, CAS-1811707-W8H6M2, but both were closed without any resolution or conversation. Neither the distributor nor the regional office (9830121232) is answering calls. Need help to rectify pls.

@Subho_2009 @NIKHILLJHA Online - there are a lot of hidden details and terms and conditions and no one will come fwd in an emergency you have to solve yourself. Offline- you relax, the agent will guide you.

claim got rejected at 6 in the evening ...too much stress but at night at 9;45 claim got approved for 5.70lkhs... orthopedic surgery was their earlier claim got rejected ,after talking to claim team head and taken a documents from hospital claim reconsidered.. this is why i always advise to take policy from advisor and no online ... we know your claim is genuine and u relax me and my team will care rest ... claim Hai toh insurance hai...

@satt_iyer @NIKHILLJHA @AdityaD_Shah there could be an end number of possible reasons for denial of claims, such as incomplete paperwork or any kind of formalities left out by the hospital claim department etc. An advisor helps you in solving such issues, there no after sales service while buying online.

In India a court can adjourn your case for any reason. No time limit on adjournments. No compensation for delays. No accountability for judges. Atul Subash attended 120 court dates in 4 years across two cities. After his death his case was adjourned for one full year because the judge was on leave.
