@SubwayHelpUKROI Ordered form your Notts Top Valley store today. 3 subs: one came as a 6 inch instead of foot long & two were missing cheese, stone cold and untoasted. Mistakes happen but at the prices you charge, that’s just offensive.

Hi @SubwayHelpUKROI Ordered a Veggie Delite foot long (as I have done for the past many many years) today only to be told “that’s as much lettuce as I’m able to give you I’m afraid as we have to count every last item” 😒 I didn’t even ask for all salad!! Loyal customer not happy!

@SubwayHelpUKROI Hi, visited a store a little while ago wanting to claim my pints. So I ordered my sub and stated I wanted to pay with my points. After scanning, the system said I had no points. The man even showed me but on my app, it says I have over 2000 so I then had to pay

@SubwayHelpUKROI went to order my steak and cheese on hearty italian only to be told the menus changed! now paying 8.99 for ingredients I don't even want or can have coz of food allergies. Why mess with the menu. Was told by subway employee that alot of regulars are not happy!

@SubwayHelpUKROI is there a spec for a salad from your stores in UK? Is it to ensure the food doesn’t fill more than 1/5th of the box, the meat goes at the bottom and the quantity is as little as possible? It’s getting really bad in our local store At about £8 a go it’s shocking

@SubwayHelpUKROI Visted Subway today to use some of my points for a Latte. I was told that head office were aware of my scam. If you invite a friend to join subway you get 200 bonus points. This is not a scam. Last time when I was in Subway they didn't even let me use my points.

@SubwayHelpUKROI Hello, I got a subway order via @Uber_Support and the order that came was wrong - and therefore I couldn’t eat it, and had to order a second lunch with money I do not have as Uber are rejecting a refund for it. It really isn’t fair, I have a very basic order

@SubwayHelpUKROI The guy who served me at the till was way more interested in playing his game on his phone than serving me or even helping his colleges. I asked the lady who is working there is he on his phone playing that game all day she replied with actually yes he is.
