@nxcare i’ve just this second booked coach tickets for what was supposed to be this weekend but accidentally booked for next weekend. is there any way i can change the booking to next weekend?

@braindeadlife Unfortunately we aren't able to look into accounts over X and there are multiple reasons why your allowances aren't higher. If you think that you should qualify for the higher allowances, please reach out to the team in the Monzo app so they can take a look. Thanks 🙏

@monzo how can i check what allowances im eligible for after the fee change on 8th oct? my direct debit doesn’t start until 13th november

@monzo if i’ve set up a direct debit and i put money in every month, why don’t i have the full allowances?

@KFC_UKI I made an order via the app. It auto selected a KFC store 2 miles away from where I was (that had the same name). We checked in and waited for 10 mins (even trying to talk to the person at the till who ignored me completely). I’ve been trying to call the correct store -
