By cutting funding for their care, he's going to exponentially increase their suffering. This is class war, plain and simple. Conservatives will fastidiously pinch pennies when it comes to saving American lives but when it's time to give more tax cuts to the billionaires or start another pointless foreign war, they unleash the money hose. In the make believe world of MAGA, it doesn't matter that there's no evidence for the Republican fraud allegations. The allegations alone are enough for these crooks to justify changes to federal policy. Of course, Trump doesn't care about the pain this policy will cause because he despises blue states. If you didn't vote for him, he doesn't feel any responsibility to protect your rights, wellbeing, or even your life. You are dirt to him. And let's just zoom out here for a moment.
