@CrossCountryUK Got on the 14.07 Leeds to Edinburgh. How can you justify letting so many people on to a train? Could not get to my booked seat and the aisles were packed with suitcases and people. Not very safety conscious.

@northernassist This is becoming so regular. Every time I’ve travelled from Berwick to Middlesbrough in the last two months I’ve had at least one train cancelled.

@northernassist train service from darlington to Middlesbrough and return is an absolute joke. Trains cancelled all the time.
