What an amazing milestone! Dany was honored Wednesday for his 24 years as Chair of the Prospect Park Alliance Community Committee. His tireless commitment has made a huge impact, and while he's stepping down from the Chair role, we're thankful he'll continue to serve on the Committee!

While escorting a defendant out of immigration court at 26 Federal Plaza, Brad was taken by masked agents and detained by ICE.

Trump tried to install Clayton at SDNY during his first term, but prosecutors there, including then-head Geoff Berman, balked at the suggestion, in part bc Clayton has no experience in criminal law. Berman refused to leave until his deputy, not Clayton, could take the reins.

There’s a lot left to do after today’s budget announcement, but it’s worth it to take a second to thank all the people who spent time rallying and testifying and tweeting and calling and demanding better for early childhood education.

NYC’s early childhood education system is complicated. The needs of children and families are not. Parents, providers, advocates, and @NYCCouncil have worked hard to hold the City to its promise of universal care. Funding for ECE in today’s budget is the result of their efforts.
