@cyphnar Why would a liquidator take ownership of a building business? A liquidator would look at an asset that they can sell as quickly as possible. It’s not just the 1.6m that is owed, the liquidator is chasing everything owed by Axis liquidated companies (est (£15.4m)

@bcks109 Would the liquidator really target the club as an asset to pay the bills? Surely there are more liquid assets that would be preferred as easier or quicker routes to recoup 1.6m Is a club that is in debt to its owner 10+m even liquid, how would they extract 1.6m from the club?

#stfc last week I posted out a poll based on if you believe that what happens in the Australian Court will affect STFC. I have also asked for what your thoughts were on how you answered the poll. Here is the how it could affect the club.

@JeremyRandall20 They would interact with the liquidator not the Australian legal system. A suitable purchaser would need to go through the OADT first as with anyone wanting to buy a football club. I can’t see it going that way, I think that Clem will be disqualified under EFL OADT rules

@bcks109 How do the operational rules governing football in UK interaction with Australian law? Eg what if the highest bidder daily the "fit and proper person test"? Is it "the highest viable (in FFP terms) bidder" for example?
