When we build girls, we build nations — and some weeks back at our AI Hub, that truth came alive. To mark the International Day of the Girl Child, we hosted 50 bright girls from four secondary schools across Lagos for a day of discovery, inspiration, and imagination. The atmosphere was electric. From the moment they walked in, curiosity filled the room. The girls explored the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence through live experiences — from an exciting robotics showcase to a hands-on demo of uLearn, our AI-powered educational platform that supports teachers and learners in their local languages. The event was thoughtfully put together by the amazing DSN Ladies in AI (@dsnladies_in_ai) team, whose passion and planning made the day truly unforgettable.
