Tesla Insurance needs to get its act together if its going to eventually insure autonomous vehicles that don't belong directly to the Tesla Corporate fleet. Let's get some attention on this one, @SukPatel, @cjbarchet?

According to Grok, we’re likely the only couple in America who are both 83, married 63 years, and getting a Cyberbeast. We don’t know about that, but what we definitely do know is that the Cybertruck that Tesla Delivery has graciously allowed us to use to familiarize ourselves with this wonderful vehicle is by far the best automotive machine we’ve ever had in our lives, bar none! Sitting in it and riding around on FSD is like being inside of Elon’s genius mind, so too is walking through his Giga factory … it’s simply a wondrous marvelous experience. A huge thanks to everyone on X and Tesla who helped us get our truly magnificent electronic magic carpet ride machine for our old age daily excursions, that keep us looking optimistically into the future and not nostalgically looking into our past. And especially to Elon, thanks for being yourself, that is far more than enough for us!

🚨 Extremely disappointed with @Tesla service 🚨 Took my Cybertruck to Los Gatos Service Center for the cantrail recall fix. In the process, Tesla damaged the PPF on the fender panel, which now needs full replacement. For over a week, I’ve been promised a call from the manager — nothing. When I call, I’m just put on hold. As a long-time Tesla owner (3 vehicles) and investor, this isn’t the level of care your owners expect. Tesla Service rocks. Went into Tesla Santa Monica service to get a trim piece for my trunk, and Jair and Ian were so helpful in getting me the piece super quickly and making sure it was the right one. In+out in just a couple mins. @r_jegaa @SukPatel

@elonmusk @tesla_na Tesla’s newest service center in Springfield, MA just replaced my back window because the tonneau cover seal failed, twice. Well, they destroyed the 2nd row RH outboard seatback bolster! This will be my 4th trip to the @tesla service center after owning a BRAND NEW @cybertruck, PAID IN CASH, FULL FSD UP FRONT, had it for 2 months.

I’ve been following you all for years. But I’m raising a major red flag on Tesla Insurance’s customer service. It’s shockingly unresponsive: months to connect with an adjuster and so far anyone at all. My girlfriend was recently hit by a drunk driver in a hit-and-run. Her car is totaled, but thankfully she’s okay, and police caught the person. We’ve reached out to Tesla repeatedly, but zero response from her adjuster (or anyone) via emails, calls, or messages for over 1.5 months+ now. I’ve got Tesla Insurance myself and never needed it for anything urgent until now, so this blindside is wild. With any other major carrier, I can reach a rep in under an hour and get quick adjuster replies. My quick research shows I’m far from alone! Tons of folks report identical (or worse) delays, like 3+ months for any update or contact. This is unacceptable. PS: Voted all my shares, LFG Elon! ❤️ But Tesla Insurance desperately needs a major overhaul. You all have a massive audience and a voice Tesla listens to, please help shine a light on this to push for change!

Dont know what to do.. I bought a car for 1,7miljkr, problem from day one, total time at Tesla Service Center 13 months. Last service is ongoing for 6 months now, and last week someone stole the wheels on it at Tesla Service Center. @elonmusk is it possible to return/change car?
