Returned OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC within a week, yet no refund or replacement till now. Purchased on 14 May. Instead, only a voucher was issued and the case was closed. This is unacceptable and unfair customer service. Still awaiting proper resolution.#oneplus @oneplus
