Alex Hormozi said the secret to getting $100M leads is one thing: Lead magnets. But, most people have no clue how to create lead magnets that actually turn into revenue. So I built a FREE 2-hour video training that shows you how AI can do all of it for you: 1. Claude for research + idea generation 2. Claude Code to design a branded PDF in one prompt 3. Custom GPT your client's audience can actually use 4. Full funnel setup (landing page, email automation, ManyChat) Comment "LEAD" and I'll DM it to you for free.

I just ran a full LinkedIn audit for a 7-figure SaaS founder. Profile? Completely forgettable. Content? Zero demand creation. Lead magnets? Didn't exist. Here's the problem most SaaS founders face: They post on LinkedIn hoping to build their brand. But their profile doesn't convert visitors. Their content doesn't speak to buyers. And they have no system to capture warm traffic. So I built a prompt that fixes all three You just drop your website + LinkedIn screenshots, and it gives you: → Your exact ICP breakdown (buyer title, pain points, buying triggers, objection stack) → A full profile teardown with rewritten headline, banner direction, and featured section setup → Post-by-post content audit with specific hook rewrites and format gaps → Your actual content strategy (posting themes, lead magnet play, 5 posts to write this week) → A 30-day sprint to go from invisible to generating pipeline This is the same audit framework I've used with 7-10 figure SaaS founders who went from 0 engagement to booked demos in 30 days. Now you can run it yourself. Want the prompt? 1. Connect with me 2. Comment "AUDIT" I'll send it over.

I built a Claude-powered outbound system. I’m giving it away for free. Most people use Claude like Google. The real leverage is letting it run your prospecting. So I built: • 7 AI agents • 1 Outreach Director End-to-end system: – Finds high-intent leads – Researches & scores them – Writes hyper-personalized messages – Handles replies – Books meetings – Improves every week No cold lists. No manual work. No guesswork. Just plug it in and let it run. Want it? Comment “TEAM” and I’ll send it.

The continuing gap between the capabilities of Gemini Pro 3.1 (very good model) and the capabilities of the Gemini app/website is odd. The model can do what Claude/GPT can do, but there is a minimal harness for tools (file creation, research etc), no auditable CoT/actions, manual canvas, etc. The reason this is odd is that Google is trusted by enterprises & has the compute to burn, so a good harness would solve so many of Gemini’s gaps and make it an easier sell to companies. The model can make Office documents, for example, but the harness doesn’t allow it. It could also decide when to use other Google tools (and Google has a lot of very good AI tools) and apply them, taking advantage of the ecosystem, but it doesn’t consistently. I assume something will be coming out here eventually, but the gap with Claude and ChatGPT has only been growing.

@aseemdhru Good that your work shifted from Monday morning. Two critical steps, that are pending for aged a) promoting MSME, esp in mfg, over traders importing Chinese products b) reducing the compliance burden, not in word but in spirit

MSMEs need a helping hand, not an applauding mouth. Take any budget presented by any Finance Minister. Economists, Niti Aayog, think tank speeches. You will see platitudes being paid to Farmers and MSME from the informal sector which employs 85% of our populace, contribute 30% of GDP and 45% of exports. Manish Sabharwal of team lease says the Avadhi Resolution which got incorporated in the 2nd 5 year plan murdered entrepreneurship. This confused socialism put the Government at the commanding heights of the Indian economy and the sarkar mai-baap thinking was born. Additionally one knock after another has arrived for this sector. GST increased the burden of compliance ending up hurting the very small business owners. Demonetisation arrived as a second blow. The two waves of Covid almost created an existential crisis. Tariff barriers, De-globalisation leading to localisation of supply chains, Geopolitical tensions and supply plus price shock on oil and INR devaluation slide is the latest blow coming their way. This even as all corporates in search of their own efficiency were passing on costs. Just in time inventory is great for the company but that meant the MSME had to keep high inventory, sending cars to dealerships is great for an automobile company but the cost of holding that inventory is a huge burden, in order not to miss input credit the large companies first insisted on seeing GST paid by the vendor before they paid the vendor thus increasing their working capital need. In a slowing environment, companies have been cutting costs. A corporate’s costs is a msme’s revenue. Delayed payments is a feature not a bug in our system and between imports from China to e-commerce/quick commerce companies disrupting their traditional model. A small liquidity crisis triggers the 90 day NPA rule and sound a death knell for a very viable business. Rising rentals, increasing salaries, high electricity, high compliance costs - a full service restaurant needs 44 distinct licenses that have to be renewed every year and then come food delivery apps that take away half their margins and in the middle of that when you need to shrink your menu because Gas is not available, should mortality in this business come as a surprise? The reason interest rates are high for this segment is that lenders take equity risk in some sense as their loans stand in for capital. Even when help arrives, it does so in the form of more loans they need to take. सिर्फ हंगामा खड़ा करना मेरा मकसद नहीं, मेरी कोशिश है कि ये सूरत बदलनी चाहिए Dushyant’s poetry says - My intention isn’t to sensationalise, my attempt is that this state of affairs need to change. You don’t need to administer steroids in this race, just take away the roadblocks. Ease of doing business and pride of a small business owner need to be restored. Like the Mumbaikar, the MSME too is highly resilient. If we remove the unnecessary hardships from their lives, they will delight us with what more they can achieve.

Americans elected the vile Trump twice, a bad sign if you believe this is true in a democracy. "A state is nothing more than a reflection of its citizens; the more decent the citizens, the more decent the state."--Ronald Reagan, Prayer Breakfast in Dallas, Texas. Aug 23, 1984

Let me add my ₹1. Manufacturers in the NCR, Noida belt, pay abysmally low salaries. I once visited a company where they were getting casual labour for ₹8000-₹10,000. This, while we are shelling out >₹17,000. I was aghast at how flippantly the owner was talking about it. What about minimum wages? I asked. He simply laughed. I realised the that there was no way companies like ours could compete on price with these guys. What you are seeing now, is possibly a long overdue correction. Having said that, the violence is probably politically motivated.

Maids in Delhi NCR get paid really well. This I know from personal experience. I really don’t understand who is instigating this demographic. Whoever it is, is doing them a huge disservice. Soon housekeeping will be taken over by corporate houses, it already is, for fraction of headache and quarter of charges. Professionalism you get is an added bonus. Soon no one will hire maids like they were hired in the past and no prizes for guessing who will lose out.

The CEO of Krafton (creator of PUBG) asked ChatGPT to create a "corporate takeover strategy" to prevent a company they acquired from hitting a revenue target within a certain time window (which would trigger an additional payout). ChatGPT (against his lawyer's advice) suggested locking down the acquired companies Steam account to prevent them from publishing Subnautica 2 in the time window, which the CEO of Krafton followed. ChatGPT's advice did not hold up at trial and the judge was not happy. The opinion is a wild read and includes several direct quotes from the Krafton CEO's ChatGPT conversation. I feel like it's gonna take a few more high profile examples like this until executives start realizing that conversations with ChatGPT are not privileged and you probably shouldn't describe your questionably legal schemes to them in detail!

An alternative perspective on low salaries of workers in NCR: When consumers walks into the market, price is often the only deciding factor. Many are willing to accept a “kaccha bill” if it saves money. They don’t mind buying from unethical companies. They don't care if the product is imported products from China, Taiwan, or Bangladesh if it’s cheaper. This mindset flows through the entire value chain. When distributors approach shopkeepers, the response is similar. Quality, intellectual property, and ethics take a back seat. Cost and service are what matter most. In such an ecosystem, ethical companies that pay taxes, invest in R&D, build IP, and focus on engineering struggle to compete. They are up against players who bypass regulations, cut corners, influence decisions through informal means, and rely heavily on low-cost imports. On top of that, large OEMs often push these companies to operate on extremely thin margins. The challenge doesn’t end there. Productivity is further impacted by absenteeism and lack of professionalism in the blue-collar workforce. During elections, harvest seasons, festivals, and family functions, workforce availability can drop to nearly 50%, leaving companies with little control and mounting losses. The reality is far more complex than the narrative often portrayed in films featuring icons like Amitabh Bachchan or Dilip Kumar, where business owners are depicted as exploitative Seths and workers as helpless victims. In truth, many companies are simply trying to survive in a system where low-ethics, low-IP, trading-driven businesses have a structural advantage. In such conditions, limiting salaries is often not a choice, but a compulsion.

I put the entire Claude GTM Execution Playbook into ONE Notion doc. 7 sections. No fluff. - How Memory 2.0 works: Claude now synthesises every conversation into a memory summary every 24 hours and loads it into every new session automatically without a single prompt from you - How Cowork Projects execute tasks and remember every run so by week 3 you get week-over-week deltas and by week 8 Claude is identifying trends without you setting anything up again - How Dispatch works: assign tasks from your phone while Claude works on your desktop, with Keep Awake enabled so overnight research, file organisation, and analytics pulls are done before you sit down - How to enable Computer Use for desktop and browser, run a full UX audit in under 15 minutes, and pull analytics from any platform you are logged into without touching the interface manually - Scheduled task setup: how to distil any recurring GTM workflow into a rules document, connect required tools, and train through feedback so outputs accumulate your preferences over time - How to build interactive process flows, campaign funnels, ICP relationship diagrams, and GTM sequence maps directly inside the conversation and export them to Notion or a client portal - How to use the Ideas section to find your first high-value win, filter by function, and get a pre-built prompt already written so your first session produces a finished output not a setup conversation This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending weeks triggering the same tasks manually, re-briefing Claude every session, and building reports by hand that should have been running on a schedule. Like + comment "CLAUDE" and I'll send it over (must be connected for priority access)
