I want to start by giving all the glory to God for opening this door and helping me through every challenge along the way. I’m beyond grateful and excited to announce my commitment to Northern Arizona University to continue my academic and athletic career. This wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support from my family, coaches, teammates, and friends. Thank you for always encouraging me, pushing me to be better, and believing in me throughout this journey. Detroit Lions HC Dan Campbell - Meeting Structure - "First of all I know this, you can give them deadhead if you're not careful, so hit them in spurts. You give them 20 minutes, hit them on what you need to hit them on & get them out for a couple minutes, bring them back & keep going." - "It needs to be interactive, ultimately we're teachers. We're teachers in football, so how do you communicate & articulate what you're trying to get across to those players. Don't make it more complex than it needs to be, keep it simple where they can play fast, know what to do & make it interactive, make it fun."

Finished my junior season on a high note. After battling injuries and competing in only four 110m hurdle races this season, I ran under 15.00 in three of them and finished as the 5A State Runner-Up. Proud to have helped our boys team bring home the 5A State Championship. #AGTG

🚨 HOW HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL RECRUITS SHOULD REACH OUT TO COLLEGE COACHES ON SOCIAL MEDIA 🚨 Social media is a recruiting tool. Treat it professionally. College coaches evaluate more than film: ✅ Communication ✅ Maturity ✅ Consistency ✅ Professionalism ✅ Coachability 1️⃣ Build a coach friendly profile Include: • Name • Grad Year • Position • Height/Weight • School & State • GPA • Hudl/Film Link • Coach Contact Info Make it easy for coaches to evaluate you. 2️⃣ Follow the RIGHT coaches Don’t only follow the Head Coach. Most evaluations begin with: • Position Coach • Area Recruiter • Recruiting Coordinator • Personnel Staff 3️⃣ Keep your first DM short & professional Example: “Coach, my name is John Smith. I’m a 2027 WR from Central HS (PA). I’m 6’1 180 with a 3.6 GPA. I wanted to introduce myself and share my film for evaluation.” Include: • Film Link • Contact Info • Coach Contact 4️⃣ Personalize messages Do NOT copy/paste the same DM to every school. Mention: • Scheme fit • Camp plans • Visits • Academic interests • Why you fit their program 5️⃣ Your FILM matters more than edits ✅ Best plays first ✅ Easy to access ✅ Jersey # visible ✅ Varsity film labeled ❌ No long intros needed 6️⃣ Don’t spam coaches No response does NOT always mean no interest. ❌ “???” ❌ “Did you watch my film?” ❌ Angry posts/messages Be mature and professional. 7️⃣ Follow up with PURPOSE Good reasons: • Updated film • New stats • Verified testing • Academic updates • Camp schedule 8️⃣ Use social media wisely Post: ✅ Film ✅ Training clips ✅ Academic achievements ✅ Team success ✅ Leadership moments Coaches evaluate character too. 9️⃣ Tag coaches carefully ❌ Don’t tag 50 coaches in one post. Better approach: • DM directly • Tag your school/recruiting staff • Keep posts professional 🔟 Keep your high school coach involved College coaches value communication with HS coaches because they help verify: • Character • Work ethic • GPA • Competition level • Football IQ 1️⃣1️⃣ Don’t chase fake attention 🚨 A follow is NOT an offer 🚨 A like is NOT an offer 🚨 A camp invite is NOT an offer REAL interest looks like: ✅ Transcript requests ✅ Live evaluations ✅ Consistent communication ✅ Campus visits ✅ Scheme conversations 🏈 BOTTOM LINE: Be organized, respectful, coachable, and easy to evaluate.
