7:00PM feels so lonely. My TV is now just a quiet monument on the wall. No other station for me until @ntvuganda is back. And my car radio? It’s on strike too. It stopped working. 😭

@DaudiKabanda It appears that all of this has the backing of General Muhoozi. There seems to be a deliberate intention behind this saga.

Can you imagine that 75 billion shillings was allocated to Rwaboogo and his clique to teach Ugandans how to drink coffee. I know the President does not want public discussion about members of his family. But we must be allowed to speak about those whose actions tarnish the name of the President and the NRM. Rwaboogo himself encouraged us to speak out. So let us speak. I have only one SON.

Entumwa @DaudiKabanda, you may have issues with @OdrekRwabwogo, but if you keep making allegations without doing proper background checks, you will eventually crucify yourself. Of all the allegations against him, whether true or false, the one claiming Mr. Odrek took the coffee money is the one I am confident you got completely wrong, sir. Kindly dig deeper for the truth.

Joel Ssenyonyi did what many never expected. Standing before General. Museveni, and sending a message to Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, top military commanders, and the country's political elite, the Leader of the Opposition could have chosen the easy path. He could have delivered a safe, emotional tribute to the late Gen. Moses Ali and walked away. Instead, he turned a moment of mourning into a powerful constitutional reminder. Although Joel Ssenyonyi's politics stood in sharp contrast to those of the late Gen. Moses Ali, he put political differences aside to acknowledge his service, leadership, and sacrifices. It was a display of statesmanship that few could criticize. But then came the part that changed the mood in the room. The lawyer in Joel Ssenyonyi took over. With Museveni and CDF Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba listening, he reminded Uganda's leaders that the Constitution is not optional. He stressed that the rule of law must be respected and that no one regardless of rank, office, or military power is above the law. In that moment, this was no longer just a tribute. It became a constitutional challenge delivered straight to the country's most powerful figures. While others chose emotion, Joel chose principle. While others praised the past, Joel confronted the present. His speech wasn't just about honoring a fallen general it was a reminder that the greatest tribute any nation can pay its heroes is to protect the Constitution they swore to defend. For many supporters of the Museveni regime, those words were unlikely to be comfortable. What was expected to be a solemn ceremony became, in my view, a moment of accountability, as the Leader of the Opposition used the national stage to remind Uganda's mis-leaders that power without respect for the Constitution undermines the very foundation of the state. Joel Ssenyonyi didn't simply deliver a tribute. He delivered a message the powerful could not ignore. YouTube - youtu.be/vblywjZ8gho

They don’t pick them ( Makerere University degree transcript) up so that we can keep them secure at Mak. Our children may pick them later😂 After all, jobs are extremely scarce, and job applications often require certified copies. 😂 If someone does not have a job opportunity requiring the transcript, why would they waste transport money to pick up the original? Picking it up only increases the risk of losing it as you move from one kazigo to another kazigo (rented room). Okusemguuka!

I was at @Makerere today to pick my Master’s in Gender Studies academic transcript. The process was so swift. The staff who attended to me and others were friendly and welcoming. I got the same experience at the School of Humanities when I picked my transcript. So what’s your excuse for not picking your academic documents? On another note, I think the University should consider charging a storage fee for anyone who doesn’t pick their academic documents one year after graduation.

So Pastor Bugingo claimed God showed him that either France, Brazil, Argentina, or Portugal would win the World Cup. Honestly, those are the exact same safe predictions every football fan makes based on pure statistics. I am just waiting to hear his new twist on this! But it makes you wonder: do religious leaders really need to bring divine revelation into sports speculation?. This PLU Pastor, Ngaha🙄

Dear @mtnug, I can confirm that the car you gave to Night Ampurire is still helping her, and she has transformed. Today, I met her while she was on her way to the market. Many people call her Mama Mtn. However, she told me she dreams of having lunch together with @sylmulinge.

This weekend, I travelled all the way to convince Maama to retire from the LC1 elections and focus on her health. Her response: First, your advice is coming late. Secondly, im unopposed and still want to serve women. Thirdly, why didn't you stop the president from standing? Isn't he still our loved president? At that point, I surrendered. 😂 Can only pray for her. Meanwhile, for every meeting she hosts at home, it somehow becomes my budget line for drinks and Food😭

At campus I once dated a babe out of my league. She was from a rich family and super loaded. One day during an argument she told me "I can see poverty has now reached your head" I was so hurt but man she later sent me 2M for upkeep and I totally forgot her insults until now.

A teacher told me of a child that comes from Kigo on a Boda Boda and yet her parents have two cars in the compound 😱🤔😡😡😱You wonder I why none of the parents sees no point dropping of the child then they go back home! We as parents have left too much responsibility over our children to schools. Schools are not the parents God gave the child!

A man is lying unconscious on the ground near Shell Makindye after falling and hitting his head badly. There is blood everywhere according to the Boda guy. What is most heartbreaking is that no one seems to be helping- not passers-by, and not even the @Shell management and staff who are just a few meters away. Where has our humanity gone? I have called the @PoliceUg (DPC Katwe, SP Innocent Mubagizi), and requested urgent assistance to get him to the hospital. But he needs help now.

Everything Hon. Baram and Hon Namere are doing is what NTV was doing and they closed it. Also, Dr. Spire and Ugandans did it during exhibitions and got tagged funded by foreigners, damaging the country's image. Now gullible Ugandans are all jumping ship on this political campaign.
