If I were Ssabalwaanyi, I would appoint Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba as Vice President and retain Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga in her current position.
I would also appoint two capable Muslims as 2nd and 3rd Deputy Prime Ministers, for broader balance and inclusion in government.
However, I would not re-appoint Gen. Moses Ali to Cabinet. He has served his country with distinction, but this is the right moment for him to retire.

I find it strange to our known laid down procedures for creating a new District. This unpalatable and provoking proposal begs for a District resolution and the Minister of Local Government attaches to motion for Parliament to process it, otherwise its a joke
