@RNCResearch No matter how much they repeat it we are NOT a democracy! This man is worried that the SAVE act would ensure he’s never elected again!

Exactly Scott - especially as Alaska is one of the states that doesn’t identify citizenship on REAL ID/DL - only 10 states do NOT add LIMITED TERM designation and/or NC (NonCitizen) or FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY - which indicates they are non citizens! They could adjust the act to say ‘In states that place Limited Term, NC, or Federal Limits Apply’ to NonCitizen ID/DL - the REAL ID will be sufficient if this indicator is not on their license! How about that @lisamurkowski - it’s not rocket science!

That’s just not true. No person would be turned away from voting. Any person without documentation would be able to sign an attestation. The SAVE America Act does NOT require proof of citizenship for those already registered to vote. Why don’t you suggest an amendment which would allow remote Alaskan voters to attach a copy of their proof of citizenship + photo ID to an absentee ballot? It’s completely disingenuous to say you don’t have the time to implement the SAVE America Act when you could have passed it last year. It’s equally as bad to say that you support photo ID & proof of citizenship when you won’t even offer suggestions for how to earn your support on this legislation. Looks like I’ll have to travel to Alaska to ask the voters themselves.

I support voter ID and believe that only U.S. citizens should vote in our elections. But the SAVE America Act goes beyond that and provides no time for proper implementation. It would ultimately disenfranchise some Americans in rural communities, so I oppose it. Read more about my opposition here: wsj.com/opinion/why-im…

Senator Elissa Slotkin: “[President Trump] has tried to pass a piece of legislation, the SAVE [America] Act, that would make it much harder for many people to vote.” Is Slotkin talking about the over 270,000 non-citizens who are registered to vote that she is protecting?

NEW: Hunter Biden is calling the appointment of Merrick Garland as attorney general the "greatest mistake" his father made in office. "My take is this, and removing myself from it as much as I can, my personal feelings, is the single greatest mistake of my father's administration was the leadership of Merrick Garland," he said in a recent podcast appearance. "The reason that we are in the situation that we're in right now... He was the president and he chose him." He added more blame to Garland for failing to prosecute Trump for any role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, claiming that it was a "planned conspiracy" through the Trump administration to undermine the 2020 election. Both podcast host Jennifer Welch and the former president's son also described Garland as a "moderate" and suggested that he was only selected by President Biden to appeal to Republicans and as a favor after former President Barack Obama previously pushed him for Supreme Court justice.

This was recorded last Thursday morning at SPCA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The man is Gerald. He's 81 years old. He came in at 9:15 AM, right when the shelter opened. He had a tan Beagle on a worn leather leash. The dog's name is Otto. He's eight years old. Gerald and Otto have been together for seven years. Otto was a one-year-old shelter dog when Gerald's late wife Eleanor suggested they go for a drive one afternoon and ended up at the Lancaster County shelter. Eleanor picked Otto. Gerald said he was too energetic. Within three months, Gerald admitted he was wrong. Otto had been Gerald's constant companion since Eleanor passed away four years ago. Through the quiet mornings. Through the hard evenings. Through every slow walk around the neighborhood that gave Gerald's days a beginning and an end. Gerald's son Robert had been working for months on finding Gerald a place at Willow Valley Communities — a well-regarded facility twenty minutes from Robert's house. Gerald had resisted at first. Then a small health concern last fall made the conversation more urgent. Gerald agreed in December. Millstream was the right choice. Gerald knew it. Robert knew it Willow Valley didn't allow pets. Robert had searched for solutions. Family friends. Neighbors. His own home — but his wife had a serious allergy. He'd reached out to three different rescue organizations about finding Otto a good placement. Nothing had come together in time. Gerald had made the appointment at Pinewood himself. He didn't tell Robert until the morning of. Robert offered to come. Gerald said he needed to do it alone. He arrived at 9:15 with Otto on the worn leather leash and a paper bag with Otto's food, his two favorite toys, and a handwritten care sheet Gerald had spent two evenings writing - Otto's schedule, his preferences, the way he liked to sleep, the fact that he was nervous around loud trucks, the fact that he liked to sit on the left side of whoever he was with. The intake coordinator, a young man named Philip, took the paper bag carefully. The security footage shows Gerald standing at the intake desk. His shoulders are rounded forward. He's filling out the forms with his head down. Otto sits at his feet. Calm. Tail doing a slow, easy wag. Looking up at Gerald with the complete comfortable trust of a dog who has been on dozens of errands with this man and knows they always go back home together. Otto nudges Gerald's hand with his nose. Gerald doesn't look down. Otto nudges again, then rests his chin on Gerald's shoe. Gerald finishes the last form. Sets the pen down. Then he turns and crouches — slowly, with the careful movement of a man whose knees have earned the right to take their time — and takes Otto's face gently in both hands. He presses his forehead against Otto's. Stays there. Otto's tail wags. He doesn't pull away. He just sits there with his face in Gerald's hands, calm and trusting, tail going softly. Gerald stays for a long time. Then he stands. Hands the leash to Philip. Turns toward the door. He doesn't look back. Philip stood at the desk for a moment holding the leash. Otto was still looking toward the door. Philip told us later: "Otto had no idea. He was completely relaxed the whole time. I kept watching his face and he just looked like he was waiting for Gerald to finish up so they could leave together. He trusted Gerald completely. Completely." He paused. "That's the part that stays with me. Otto had no idea. And Gerald knew everything. And he still did it right. He did it gently and he did it because he loved Otto enough to make sure he was cared for." Robert called that afternoon. He's working with them on finding a permanent home for Otto. He said he told Gerald that evening how the drop-off had gone. Gerald didn't say anything for a moment. Then he asked if Otto had eaten his dinner. Philip had already left a note in the file. ( continued at first comment )

This is happening in Jacksonville, Florida at a 55+ community. A 28-year-old girl was living there with her father who was ill when he passed. He gave the home to his daughter, and she wants to remain living in the community.. well the HOA has decided to enforce the 55 and over law, and is asking for $1000 from 155 members in the community to sue her to get her out of the neighborhood because she’s 28 years old, not 55+. In my opinion, this is despicable. These HOA‘s have way too much power. This sh!t has to stop.

🚨 It’s all making sense now. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) won by just 20,217 votes… while Michigan processed 1.87 MILLION duplicate registrations. No wonder she’s been so hysterical and vocal in her opposition to the SAVE America Act. Protecting the status quo over election integrity? This is exactly why we need it. #SAVEAct #ElectionIntegrity #MIPolitics

Being in the US does not mean these individuals had sanctuary or granted asylum there. The long-running pattern is Nigerians entering the US on temporary visas then crossing into Canada to claim protection—a route documented for years. Canadian officials routinely tell claimants that denial means removal to Nigeria, not back to the US. Each case is decided individually by the IRB on its merits. Canada approved 3,463 Nigerian claims in 2025 amid documented risks from groups like Boko Haram in parts of Nigeria.

I think true migrants, those who enter other countries legally, work hard, expect nothing, assimilate while maintaining their rich traditions are appreciated by all. It’s the ones that come and demand everything, protest against their host country, 💩 on the country, threaten the country, come in illegally and never get vetted or those that come as ‘refugees’ but 💩 on the host country and travel back to their home country (which at least here they are not supposed to) are problem. They are a slap in the face to the citizens of their home country AND the immigrants/migrants doing it the legal way!
