@UPS UPS does not help small business. It is reported that UPS just damp the orders or return the orders due to surge of customs clearance at US border. Several of my shipments got returned. nobody at UPS ask for additional info. now wonder UPS is called OOPS

@DHLexpress if your support team has been doing their job previously, i won't need to be on X trying to get my shipment picked up, shipped etc. Useless why bother having X , Facebook etc. if if your only suggestion is to call DHL number or reach out via web, what a joke

@UPS No you don't help small business. We paid UPS for customs clearance, duty and tax and UPS was supposed to pay CBSA on our behalf. It has been more than a week pass the due date for the payment to be made to CBSA, and nothing happened. UPS CARM team not reply either! WTH?
