@SunbeamCanada your made in china heating pads are garbage. I'll avoid your brand on another pad , & all other things you make since it seems that you only address the issues when the @bbb_bc gets involved. you've lost a customer .

@Adrock318 Hello, For Dual Controls: Each control operates independently and you set the heat setting on each side as you like. Place primary control (label on back of control) on the right side of the bed. See instructions on page 7 of Instruction Booklet. Thanks.
