Why does Canada struggle with housing development? @MarkJCarney @CPC_HQ @mbndp @WabKinew It is because Gov policy and legislation has not yet caught up with private industry innovation and solutions. During recent conversations with industry think tanks like IISD, industry leaders have shared their frustrations on this. Right now - where does funding assistance flow? It flows to Gov organizations, to municipalities, to think tanks but it does not flow into private industry. Nor does it flow to financial institutions that increase funding opportunities for builders. Cutting edge builders are left unsupported in both Manitoba, and Canada as a whole. Our firm has systems that stand out as a pioneering model for sustainable rural housing, bypassing traditional municipal infrastructure while achieving unprecedented efficiency and environmental benefits. Here is a concise summary of its innovative aspects, and they are verified: Ultra-low water Consumption Traditional CDN households use 250 L per day per person for sizing septic systems. Our real world data shows just 185 L per household. We are using 285 L as a safety factor. This is a 50% reduction, and it aligns with WHO guidelines. We did it in a way that you do not even notice (via dual well-systems, efficient fixtures, and design integrations). Reduced Effluent Production & Advanced Treatment Our homes are producing about 115L per household, and we will treat onsite with a modular, low maintenance system that ensures zero chemical or surface drainage to Lake Winnipeg, protecting local ecosystems. Integrated Off-Grid Capable, Net Zero Design Our set up if fully self contained within the subdivision, eliminating connections to municipal sewers, drains, and in the case of a grid down situation, we can stand up for extended periods of time. We are performance tested for a full 28 days of off-grid operation at this point. We have achieved over 30% in energy savings on 1400ft homes, using standard building methods and codes. We are data driven, and have tried to help influence policy decisions and open up building in Canada's rural areas, and hardest hit areas like First Nations. We are innovation in its truest sense. But no one is listening. No one is truly focused on building homes that are affordable, efficient, easy to maintain - and accessible for all Canadians. Why is that? @WBrettWilson

This is the most fkd up thing Ive ever seen on X and a glimpse of whats coming. I always knew it was a honeypot and we've clearly arrived. Professor Marandi has appeared on major Western media platforms for years giving interviews from the Iranian perspective, and now a random faceless account is openly calling for extrajudicial violence against him and X refuses to take it down despite thousands of reports. That is unprecedented. They remove posts for far less incitement than this, so why is this being allowed to remain? Who is giving the order to allow this anonymous post from an account presumably based out of Sweden to stay up? And yes, as you can see they have me blocked and Ive never interacted with them.

@SundanceConstr1 @BeyondDNA @PrepperCanadian Then you haven’t been west of Saskatchewan this winter. There is a low snowpack in the mountains. The winter has been up and down as temps go, on cue, one week above zero, the next week below, on repeat. Sorry, just explaining what I’ve witnessed here and that’s a lot of rain.

This is a 92ft deep, 23ft wide Shaft in Saqqara, Egypt, carved directly into Limestone bedrock 🤯 I kid you not, they still teach that this was done with ‘copper chisels & stone pounders’ Ancient Egyptians were far more advanced than we were taught in school 💯

@SundanceConstr1 @BeyondDNA @PrepperCanadian Let’s review what the op said. “Canada is currently the only place inhabited by humans currently not experiencing above average temps.” Sorry, just because eastern Canada has been that way doesn’t mean all of Canada has been. Western Canada has been unseasonably warm this winter.

Two kids completely lost and destroyed with no father and a mother in prison. Their grandparents stepped in to raise their young grandson and granddaughter after their mom went to prison for killing the kids' dad. No parents left, just these two little ones carrying all that pain. I remember the first day their grandparents brought them out here to Diego Ranch for equine therapy. Our horses River, Ranger, and Ace have done miracles with other kids but this was a big challenge. The kids started terrified, asking me over and over if I had guns around. They're scared of guns, scared of love too, because if you love someone, you can still hurt them. Still kill them they said to me. They saw it firsthand. But every time they brush a horse, or hold the reins, they get a little braver. A little less afraid. These three horses stepped up like they knew exactly what these kids needed. River, calm and steady lets them lean in without flinching. Ranger's got that quiet strength, he just stands there while they talk, like he's listening. And Ace... Ace is the one who makes them laugh, nudges them when they're frozen, reminds them it's okay to move forward. I have watched these horses perform miracles over and over. Now I'm'm watching two children learn what real love is and how to control their emotions. You don't get this kind of outcome through talk therapy or medication. This is why you should support a great program like this. CHECK OUT OUR GIVESENDGO PAGE givesendgo.com/diegoranch?utm…

In this CNN piece, we learn: 1) All they are really hitting are the entrances to tunnel cities, and Iran is apparently able to excavate and rebuild almost immediately. 2) These are only “temporary solutions” because Iranians “adapt,” which is just a polite way of saying the next step would be ground troops or nukes. 3) They “have just enough munitions to hit strategic sites like civilian infrastructure,” which is one hell of a propaganda line for CNN to slip in there. 4) Iran invested in national defense and diverted state resources away from the civilian population, according to Hegseth at the Pentagon, which diverts roughly a trillion dollars a year away from Americans for offensive purposes. Low IQ MAGA and libtard accounts are now united in circulating these CNN clips, and I should remind you, that was absolutely on my bingo card.

A magnitude 6.7 earthquake just struck the North Atlantic mid-ocean ridge. This earthquake is HUGE for an oceanic plate spreading center. A global seismic burst is now well underway with M6.6, M6.1, and M6.7 earthquakes in ~36 hours during a solar storm impact and magnetic storm

"My guess is that most Canadians think the carbon tax is gone—but it isn’t. And many still don’t fully understand how it works. That uncertainty creates space for pro–carbon tax advocates to promote a policy that has never been properly evaluated for its impact on food affordability in Canada."

Canada's Dirty Little Secret: Exposing the MAiD Predators Part 2 Name: Edward Buckner - Korean War Veteran Location: Kingston General Hospital Emergency Ward, on a stretcher in the hallway, - Ontario Date: January 15, 2025 What Happened*: Around 10:30 a.m. Mr. B was taken by ambulance from his place of residence to Kingston General. 5:45 p.m. Doctor H appeared at his stretcher. Mr. B felt that he had nothing to worry about as she "approached with kindness and caring in her eyes". She inquired about how he was feeling, "She said that she wanted to ask me some personal questions. Since I know that I have to answer these personal questions she asked about my family and who was important to me. I told her my son, she asked for the name, she got the name, and I gave her the phone number. I wasn't thinking that anything was wrong." "As she's talking to me her two companions came up from just being in my line of sight on my left side. They're at the foot of the bed but they're still about 5 feet away. He is a tall thin man about 6.4, the woman was much shorter, she was about 5 ft, but neither one of them spoke to me, they just stood there right beside each other. They didn't move, they didn't separate, they didn't come over, nothing, they just stood together which was a little unnerving, but I didn't pay too much attention. After that Dr H started asking me at this point if I should want to ascend, and yes she used the term ascend, into eternity so I would not be a burden on my son anymore. That I could give him peace and allow the passing to occur and all I would have to do is sign a document and they'll take me and they have a room available for me which was interesting cuz there was no rooms in the hospital, but I hadn't a clue what she was talking about." She then took his hand stroked it and said, "it's time to let go, it's time to have an ascension into eternity, a peace and tranquility" Mr. B. replied, "I don't want to die I require healthcare; I have the right to life. I have the right to live and at 92 years old I have lived a life. Now if God wants to take me, we've made our peace with that". She pulled back from him, she stood up straight. The two people to his left at the foot of the bed backed up and started to walk away together, they never separated. The next morning, January 16, 2025, Mr. B awoke to find a woman beside his stretcher, about 5 ft tall, blue eyes, no glasses, around 60 or 70 years old. She said, "Hello Mr. Buckner, how are you feeling?" He replied, "I'm feeling better. I've gotten food, I've gotten drink, the coughing has stopped they got me on IV, I'm feeling much better thank you." She looked at him and said, "How would you like to have eternal peace right now? I can arrange for you to be taken to a room where you can then ascend into eternity, where you'll have no pain, no anguish, and you won't be a burden on your loved ones." Mr. B. replied, "I have lived for 92 years on this Earth and I'm going to continue to live as long as God allows. I don't think you have a clue of what life is if you're wanting people to die. I'm content with my decision and I want you to leave me now." Mr. B. was then moved to the Davies wing where he lived out the rest of life until January 24th, 2025 and passed away naturally. *Mr. Buckner's son sent us the written testimony of what occurred with his father.

They didn’t fix the system. They renamed it. I’ve been waiting 4 YEARS after being paralyzed by my COVID vaccine. VISP → VIAP New name. Same delays. This should alarm every vaccine injured Canadian. My story aired on Global News July 2, 2025. They want me to wait a year just for information? Nothing has changed. #VaccineInjury #Canada #VISP
