If you have the space and the budget, I hightly recommend getting a sauna. We bought an mPulse 1-person from @sunlighten about two years ago and really like it. Again, if you have the space and the budget, go for a 2-3 person sauna so you can lie down. We don't have the space in our current house, so we opted for a smaller unit. My only complaint with @sunlighten is that the tablets they use are horrible. I wish they would allow upgrades or figure out a way to use iPads, which are the best on the market. The tablet we have is super slow and buggy. Very annoying to use.

@sunlighten You guys just pushed an app update. Now my app (ios) can’t connect to my sauna. What gives?

@sunlighten The day is half way over and still no contact from customer service or anyone from @sunlighten. This shows me how much they care about their clients not willing to fix a sauna that came defective out of the box.

@sunlighten you have the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. You don’t back up your product!! You sent a defective sauna and after spending 2 hours with your tech it’s still not fixed!! I keep getting the run around from your team.

@sunlighten not very happy with the product, it never goes above 55 even if I preheat for an hour!!!! Quite disappointing since it says it goes to 75, if I wee you I’ll look for another brand!!!

She started her sauna at 108 today and when I checked on her the first time it was at 117 degrees. This is the temp she got out at today she got out at 122 @sunlighten she is also a doctor so she is able to understand everything happening with the rife, lymph and sauna🔥

I have this person who is obese and we have been doing stretching and lymphatic- today added rife for lymph drainage and obesity and finished with the sauna

Left leg was curled in when prone on first visit- it is completely straight when starting session now- first @sunlighten session started at about 88 degrees lasted about 10 mins barely over 100 degrees today started at 99 for 20 mins ended at 117 boooom

My person with kidney failure did another rife session today for blood tonifying with massage and kidney toning and liver toning and the @sunlighten sauna. She said the combination of this and increased water she has seen less protein in urine in the past week.
