@harryh @AlecStapp @zee_s_h @sunrisemvmt Similar to those issues, Duke's decision to put solar farms away from where power is needed is not because it is better for customers to do it that way, but because it allows them to justify rate hikes. Sunrise Durham wants the utilities commission to stop falling for it
