Morning of May 21 is when the judge takes a formal, evidence-based look at the $1.25 million bail. I need to reach his lawyer Jacob Fendley before that hearing asap. It sits next to the historic courthouse in downtown Clarksville. Phone: 931-648-5700 (Circuit Court Clerk) DA Robert Nash's office is at 200 Commerce Street, same block. Public Defender Roger Nell's office (where Jacob Fendley works) is at 112 S. Second Street, one block away. Everything is within walking distance of each other in downtown Clarksville. If anyone is attending the May 21 hearing in person, that is where they go. I will be providing the all data we will confront these supposed Justice officials on signs, shortly.

If Dalton’s bond is not lowered, really if the charges aren’t reduced or dropped ENTIRELY, then we have an issue. Joshua Fox chased after Dalton after he had already walked away.
