@CurtMills Its the same gambit: Use a proxy (UKR, ISR) to wreck an energy producer (RUS, IRN) and choke economic rivals (EU, CN).

We are now in a weird era where a guy gets publicly shamed for running his sprinklers on a Tuesday, while a data center the size of a Costco quietly drains a reservoir so AI can generate a picture of your cat as a medieval knight. And the data center gets a tax incentive for it.

This is so true. Practically all the assholes I know support Israel. And all the compassionate, justice minded people I know have empathy for the Palestinians and are bothered by their suffering.

Trump has now targeted each and every Republican that moved to release the Epstein files. First Greene, then Massie, Boebert, and now Mace. Why are so many representatives sitting silently by while the Republic they have sworn to protect breaks down around them?
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

Although virtually all Republicans eventually admitted by their votes that it was right to release the Epstein files, only three were brave enough to sign my discharge petition to force that vote. Boebert, Greene, and Mace have paid an enormous price for doing the right thing.

Whatever about a Ukrainian and his alleged espionage in Ireland, you'd be wondering if there will be an investigation under the Official Secrets Act 1963 into the coordinated leak of information held by State departments and bodies to mainstream media to discredit Aughinish Alumina plant in Limerick, and whether strings are being pulled by a foreign government (Ukrainian or British).

There’s at least 12 large professional charities in Ireland allegedly assisting the homeless. All have highly paid CEO’s and staff. All receive millions from us ,the taxpayer. All but one should be closed down.

Re-Turn: Bin raiding is now a primary source of litter across Dublin, costing taxpayers an extra €500k+. Medical experts have called for the introduction of “infection-control measures” because bottles are toxic. Shops are being charged 2.2c per container. This fee is set to rise. Meanwhile ReTurn sits on €100m cash. 5 key Management paid €1.1million. 12 Non-Executive directors share €600k PR Budge: €4.6million Operation Support: €1.4million Office & Admin: €1.8million IT costs: €2.8million What is “operation support”?? On top of all this the board decided they needed to start a lobbying campaign to get VAT tax exemptions. So they hired a Fine Gael councillor to lobby Fine Gael Ministers. Take a minute to think about all of this. This is quintessential Ireland 2026. We are living through a lost decade of abundant wealth and surplus. No new roads. No public transport. No schools, teachers, houses Instead we get ReTurn. We get ReThink, IHREC, IPAS, SEIC, Coimisiún na Meán & hundreds of NGOs None of these entities are innovating or creating real productive employment. American capitalism is fuelling Irish socialism.

Re-Turn is the scam that keeps on scamming. Fine Gael councillor was hired by Re-Turn to lobby a Fine Gael Minister to remove 23% VAT on the unclaimed bottles!! The councillor previously worked for the PR company Teneo whose client is ReTurn. ReTurn is sitting on €100m after just one year but they’re still not happy. They wanted tax exemptions on top. A humiliation gravy train.

Allow me to be the first to congratulate the MAGA morons, who spent years howling about the $1.7B that Obama returned to Iran. Your 4D chess master is handing Iran $300B, to open the Strait of Hormuz, that Obama kept open for free. Brilliant!

Empire has failed, so British elites are applying colonialism to the English underclass The worse things get in Britain (and they will) the more spillover Ireland gets Remember: Every single Briton is entitled to live and work in Ireland under the CTA. That's ~67 million marketing execs, door dash riders and benefit recipients Creates incentives for British state to dump problem groups onto Ireland where benefits and quality of life is currently better Functionally, the British state is Ireland's most dangerous enemy. Close the Border. Build a wall
