Sometimes you need to stop and recognize how far you’ve come. When I started at DNVR we had fewer than 20 employees and a really big dream. Right now I’m producing a show with a Super Bowl champ and the man who narrated my favorite football memories, and am working on an incredible long-form documentary on the Nuggets. Our show has become a pillar of Nuggets fandom, and I got to shoot an NBA game from the baseline. It’s crazy how this has all progressed over the last half-decade+ and through all the hard work, I need to stop and see how genuinely awesome all these things are.

The achievement of ANDOR at the Emmys can’t be understated. For a show part of a massive IP franchise like Star Wars to win 5 Emmys, including Best Writing, is unheard of. Sometimes sophisticated franchise projects transcend their franchise (like The Dark Knight with DC or Logan with X-Men). Andor has done the same for Star Wars.
