You do realize how economics works, right? Supply and demand? If the cost gets too high, people unsubscribe. There are so many other options other than Netflix for streaming. You do realize that ICE isn’t its own governing body, right? It doesn’t insert itself, you moron. It receives orders. And last I checked, the President was overwhelmingly elected on this single issue. How the hell has the democratic party not imploded? This reminds me of the people who think all drugs should be legal, because what people do privately is their own business.
But then they forget to look at the bigger picture: addicts robbing people to feed addiction. Homelessness because they can’t hold down a job. Cities filled with literal zombies walking the streets.
Destructive behavior very rarely stays contained. Most of the time, it spills out to adversely affect the rest of us in both predictable and unexpected ways.
