@DRMariahDPT THIS!!! I recently had a patient of size who apologized for their body and weight the entire session. It broke my heart.

but also to discuss techniques for mobilizing patients with larger bodies to make them feel safe, comfortable, and that their body is NOT a burden.

I have been spending a lot of time trying to figure out where I “fit” as a Physical Therapist. My mind keeps gravitating to the idea of creating a safe space for Physical Therapists who quite literally don’t “fit” the standard image of PT.

Does anyone know able many CEUs we can get for attending CSM? Website says 1.8 but some states call that 18? What is the rule in MA?

@SurretteTaylor Keep windows to common areas open. Make a Corsi Rosenthal box or get an air filter that filters particles the size of covid particles. Roommate should mask too. I've read that Listerine can kill virus in the throat. Good luck!
