@MagnetUK 12 months on my kitchen is till not finished. Excuse after excuse, managers left, we do all we can to resolve your issues, we are extremely busy, we will contact the fitter. blah blah blah. Yet still no one has called or emailed to offer me a visit

@moleskine ordered on 29th. So far Yodel haven’t received my order? What’s going on 9 days after placing the order. Maybe a refund would be appropriate as these are Christmas presents

Been waiting for months for @magnetkitchen to finish off last bits. Had my kitchen done in February, worktop hasn’t been rectified, skirting around kitchen cupboards need rectifying, draw handle fallen off. Worst of all no one responds to my calls

@FineLineWindow had a new door a couple of years ago, unfortunately the glass has blown. I’ve now been waiting over a year to have the glass replaced in the original style, a piece of frosted glass has been put in temporarily. Shocking! Looks terrible!

Bought an iron from @currys returned 2 hours later for a refund. Shop assistant assured me my card had been refunded and 14 days later, numerous calls and web chats and still no refund!

@eon_next I ordered a Tado on 5th February. I have trie to book the installation which I paid for but had to ask for a refund due to no one contacting me. I return bag never arrived 3 times. 3 months later, many phone calls and emails and still no luck . Contacting ombudsman

@eonenergyuk I bought a Tado in February. Call every week to get it installed and I’m still waiting! Cost £350 for install and product from @eoninstall . I’ve complained but no response. Asked for a refund, no response. I’m exhausted and broke

@EON_SE_en 7th February I bought a Tado and paid for installation. I’ve repeatedly called to book installation but continuously get cut off! Off now asked for a refund but so far no return packaging has arrived. Complete CON, I’ve paid £350.00 for nothing!!
