The ON govt's attempt to develop part of the Greenbelt & attack municipal democracy is beyond scandalous. It shows contempt for the citizenry and the environment. There are other responsible ways of dealing with housing needs. Municipal democracy doesn't belong to developers.

An excellent question! When I was in high school I spent most of my free time horseback riding and had to look up all the relevant vocabulary so I could talk about it during my first SEVEC stay in Quebec.
