@hostellingscot no hooks provided, have had to store our belongings and towels on the beds and floor, serious fire hazard as exit door blocked by items on the floor
@ScotCitylink Your online booking system is a nightmare, you have to scroll through the entire list of destinations to find a destination. Please can you change it back to how it used to be??

@BanquetRecords nasty experience. Ordered my @twinatlantic meltdown cd 2 weeks ago and have received nothing. Being fobbed off. So much for supporting your independent record store, never ever again
@Halfords_uk my review got thrown out because I mentioned how much I had paid for the 3 year silver service contract and all I have had so far is 2 free health checks!!Well, not mentioning numbers as I have been silenced I could have bought another bike for that money.
@EE no empathy for elderly customers. Rude and aggressive staff. Got told having 4 g every now and again was totally acceptable and that EE don't know anything about Xiaomi Redmi notebook 12 mobile phones and therefore can't help
@CalMac_Updates anyone else affected by Calmacs compromised ticket website. Have been trying to book ferry tickets for two days but booking/ticket page not opening up
