@swaleheating was supposed to fix my boiler today 2 weeks without hot water and heating I’m a priority tenant perhaps your pay for my funeral when I get an infection from no hot water and freeze to death as your heaters are to expensive to run‼️‼️‼️‼️

@SwaleHeating My partner waited in all day yesterday for a PM boiler fix for no heating or hot water and no one came .despite 3 phone calls to enquire and being reassured. We were then told by L&q that swale would come after 7 pm ..again nothing. Shit service!

@SwaleHeating After 2 months of appalling service. I have today spoken to one of the rudest people on your help desk. In summary he’s told me to turn my hot water and heating off until 14/1 when an engineer can come out. Even though it’s -3 outside. I have officially complained
