12 weeks and 6 days since their negligence took my Grandad and I’m still battling with the incompetence of @SwaleHeating @DavidLammy @ClarionHousing @haringeycouncil

@SwaleHeating @DavidLammy @ClarionHousing These folk really know how to look after the most vulnerable. 14 visits later, 9 weeks since my grandad died due to their negligence and still they can’t get it right!! Why am I fighting for a basic human right?!

@ClarionHousing @DavidLammy Open 24 hours but impossible to get through!! 42 minutes and still waiting!! @SwaleHeating I’ve been patient and polite despite what you’ve put us through and you still continue to let us down.

@SwaleHeating disgusting company! My grandfather died due to their negligence- a whole month with no heating. To then receive this through the post is just insulting!!! My grandfather may just be a statistic for you but he was our world!!!

@SwaleHeating @ClarionHousing the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!! They couldn’t even keep you warm during summer let alone the coldest months of the year. And when you need them don’t bother trying to contact them because you won’t get through to them or the management team!

So proud to say that an 8 week trial of feeding the parent that stays overnight has started in the following hospitals....Alder Hey, Birmingham, Bristol, GOSH, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and Southampton. All under Sophie's Legacy initiative.
