Looks like the last sporting result to come in for a while. West Glam XC League 8th overall & 4th team in Div1. Great racing all season against top runners & doing it with a top group @SwanValeRunners 🙌 Crazy times right now but health & looking out for one another comes first👌

West Glam XC Rd 3 didn't disappoint. The least XC course out there, 2 tarmac laps of a reservoir. Never the less pleased to come away with PB's across 5km and 5 mile. Great runs from the team, we're putting up a fight to stay in Div1. 2 races left and its gonna be tight. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️.
