@SwansonHealth I've sent a couple emails to customer service

My wife and I have been customers of Swanson Health (Swanson Vitamins) for almost 15 years ... we never had to think that they would include Bioengineered "food" ingredients in their products. They've been a trusted company for us - nature, non-GMO products, but with our recent orders - we've noticed that they do have BioEngineered (GMO) products. Just out of the blue, this has happened. We are trying to return our orders for a full refund. We are never going to order any health products from them, anymore. We will have to find another brand that is healthy, natural, and fully NON-GMO (no bioengineered ingredients, etc.), etc. It is so sad what's going on. It is like they want us to think that fake food and fake, man-made, genetically altered and engineered products are "normal" and "safe and effective", etc. We saw what happened with the C-19 mRNA Poisonous Jabs of Death ... they just want us, like sheep to the slaughter . . . Tried to log in, with my browser saved settings, can see password is correct, get error email or password wrong. Tap on Reset Password, never get email, not in spam folder, chat with someone, get canned response to check spam folder and add @SwansonHealth to contacts.... no help

@SwansonHealth I've been customer of Swanson for over 30 years & your customer service is now terrible. Your prices are higher & your service is lower. Not a good combination for business. You have a lot of competition, so you really need to give a damn about your customers.

@SwansonHealth On the website. I put in my username and password, then it goes to a Captcha which I complete but it keeps saying "Captcha failed" or something to that effect.

After over 15 years, I'm done with @SwansonHealth. Their customer service has been gradually slipping since around 2019. Tonight was the last straw though. Can't log into their "new" giant steaming pile of 💩 of a website. If my order ever does arrive, it will be my last.
