@networkrail @GWRHelp Get the train! But we wont run trains early at the weekend and then the first train from Reading stops indefinitely as you cant manage engineering works. Weekend trains are so unreliable I should of just driven to London.




@GWRHelp @nationalrailenq Thanks...Liskeard for the rail replacement to Looe. Signal is non-existent with the on train WiFi so can't tell when we're due to arrive at Liskeard.

Another @GWRHelp train, another patronising message about bodyworn cameras. On every single journey. There are better ways to say things - maybe featuring GWR’s great staff in announcements? It’s time the patronising clowns in head office treated GWR’s customers “with respect.”









Hey @GWRHelp ! Congratulations on the successful launch of the Class 230! Been for a ride today and it's absolutely superb. Just one thing for your maintenance people; the speaker mounted by door C in 300101 is rattling badly. Sounds like its mount is loose.
