@SwiftLilEagle @flomple The sources may not be emergent but having to upgrade your gear is. And yah, I’m not too fussed either. I’d just rather they keep imbues. Leave them as is, or add a more fitting source. Either would be fine by me.

Summer sweep up idea: Remove the need to imbue rings and slayer helm. Just have the imbued version be the default. Imbuing them is so awful. Especially at the PVP arena. Or at least release a meaningful way to imbue them through a spell or something idk.

@Mandrue @flomple I don't particularly care one way or the other, I was just saying you calling nmz and ff-arena "emergent gameplay" is a complete misuse of the word emergent. Like the entire point of those pieces of content IS imbuing.

@SwiftLilEagle @flomple They’re clunky sure, but this is an “oldschool” game. It’s supposed to be clunky at time. Especially with the older content, that’s part of the charm. 🤷‍♂️ Imbues are super easy to get, just takes a couple hours and then you have them forever outside of pvp.

@flomple Nope, upgrading items is a fun part of character building imo. Even if it’s tedious. I’m not opposed to them adding another imbue source, they added 2 semi-recently, but yah I’m against them removing imbues all together.

Jagex saw players doing an awful high-intensity Mining method that at least produced semi-valuable materials and said: “this risks devaluing the existing awful high-intensity Mining method that produces nothing.” An incredible philosophy honestly.

No call, sets a bad precedent but Montreal does not play this style of hockey so the risk is low not to call this by officials - if they do it again, expect a call. Shame that this decision leads to the tying goal because it will no doubt be talked about forever depending…

Macklin Celebrini was named captain before Sidney Crosby made the decision to go to #MensWorlds. Maybe I'm doing too much but why I do I have a strange feeling Sidney Crosby was apart of the group that selected Celebrini as captain behind the scenes. I say this because: 1. Sid took longer than usual to commit to the tournament. 2. If Sid is on the team there's no logical way anyone takes the C over Sid. 3. They announced the captains and the very next day Sid announces he's in. I think they're setting up Celebrini to be the future of team Canada for the next 20 years.
