Fantastic talk by @ResusOne on major prehospital hemorrhage #EUSEM22 Three points: 1: blood to the patient early 2: stop the bleeding early. 3: the golden hour is b.s. and rather around 15min in hemorrhage. But: great tools available to achieve all 3 aims.
