I think I’m at the point where I believe Nick Sirianni has to be fired too because he is not a strong enough offensive mind and relies on offensive coordinators who after one great season leave. It’s not a good cycle to be in, especially for your QB who has to continuously establish a new relationship with these people every year and be expected to adjust every single year. You have to bring in a strong, offensive mind as head coach for insurance and continuity purposes. They won’t do it though.
