You wont be able to talk directly to a pharmacist. Enjoy waiting in line and waiting for a callback when we're all gone.

@Hufflepuff_RPh I had a pharmacy leave me a voicemail once and it was awesome. Now I only leave a voicemail if I need a transfer, unless I need it urgently. Been life changing

Does anyone else get annoyed with mail order pharmacy transfers or is it my grumpy ass? They HAVE to do verbal, won’t accept nor give faxes, then they put you on hold for idk how long to reach a pharmacist as if you have nothing else better to do.

Lost 1 tech to hospital. 2nd tech just said they’re leaving for hospital. Staff RPh may be out for a while on leave. I am literally an island and the DM expects me to keep up w/ it all. I’m telling him on the visit Mon, that I’m NOT risking my health for this company. Period.
