Il modello italiano del PNRR ha segnato il passaggio da una logica di spesa a una cultura delle riforme e degli investimenti strutturali. È questa la strada che guiderà le politiche di sviluppo dopo il 2026, per un’Italia più forte, coesa e protagonista nelle sfide globali.

Con il Piano Casa mettiamo in campo fino a 10 miliardi di euro per arrivare a rendere disponibili, nei prossimi 10 anni, oltre 100 mila alloggi popolari o a prezzi calmierati. Interveniamo per recuperare fino a 60 mila case popolari oggi non utilizzabili, così da assegnarle a cittadini e famiglie che ne hanno bisogno. Apriamo anche agli investimenti privati nell’edilizia abitativa, con procedure più veloci e semplificate, ma a una condizione chiara: almeno il 70% degli alloggi realizzati dovrà essere destinato a chi è in difficoltà, con prezzi di vendita o di affitto ridotti di almeno il 30% rispetto ai valori di mercato. È così che vogliamo dare una risposta concreta non solo alle fasce più fragili, ma anche a tanti italiani che lavorano, studiano, pagano le tasse e che oggi, soprattutto nelle grandi città, non riescono comunque a permettersi una casa.
