Helmholtz Munich Launches Pioneering Osteoarthritis Research Project With EU Partners 👉t1p.de/64zie #HelmholtzMunich is part of #PROBE, a new EU-funded initiative aiming to transform how #osteoarthritis is diagnosed and treated. The project is supported by Horizon Europe through the Innovative Health Initiative and has a total budget of €26 million – €1.4 million of which is allocated to Helmholtz Munich. 🧬 Building the foundation for #PersonalizedMedicine Osteoarthritis affects more than 500 million people worldwide. PROBE will integrate data from over 70 million individuals – enabling AI-driven analyses, predictive models, and innovative clinical study designs that pave the way for more precise diagnostics and tailored therapies. 🔍 Accelerating clinical impact The consortium of 38 partners brings together expertise in #AI, data protection and ethics. The project aims to establish innovative endpoints, enhance therapy evaluation, and support shared decision-making for patients and clinicians. 💬 “With PROBE, we are uniting expertise and data across Europe to take osteoarthritis research to the next level.
