Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez notes Israel can “fully fund” its own defense, including Iron Dome, pointing to its $45 billion military budget, and says she will not support sending more U.S. taxpayer money to a government that “consistently ignores international law.” Israel maintains a broad welfare state alongside its military spending, including universal healthcare, free public education through high school, subsidized university tuition, and social benefits such as child allowances, unemployment support, and pensions — a safety net that American tax payers are not afforded.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez@AOC

The Israeli government is well able to fund the Iron Dome system, which has proven critical to keep innocent civilians safe from rocket attacks and bombardment. Consistent with my voting record to date, I will not support Congress sending more taxpayer dollars and military aid to a government that consistently ignores international law and U.S. law. Netanyahu’s allies in the Knesset just approved a $45 billion defense budget, and the Prime Minister himself also asserted his interest in withdrawing from the MOU with the United States in January. It is fully within their ability to fund Iron Dome and other defensive systems. Our allies who need our military aid must understand that we will provide it consistent with the Leahy amendment and the foreign assistance act.

@am4rrt Oh look, inflamed comments over whats a pretty reasonable response. Neither party in 2024 was pro palestinian, but letting America massively deteriorate to the point that it becomes even harder to advocate for palestinian lives locally and globally is not... the correct decision

@zacjallad @DropSiteNews Don’t lie, If you don’t know then don’t say it. Your correct about MTG bill but her voting to make critiquing them antisemitic she did not do. She actually pledged to vote against it & the sending defense money to them yesterday. We need to make OUR reps listen to US & OUR needs

After so many years reading the New York Times coverage of the Middle East, I think we've taken for granted how much it has affected our understanding of the language regarding Israel and it's behavior. It's kind of the way that AI is affecting our ability to to differentiate between human and AI-generated writing. Over time, we get so used to the AI-generated writing that everything starts to sound the same. For example, I was reading updates from the Times this morning about Israel's actions in Lebanon. When you read a sentence like this: "Israel has been fighting the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah in a sweeping ground offensive in the country’s south." You don't come away with a true sense of what's really happening on the ground, which is that Israel has invaded another country and is now setting up what could be a long-term occupation in that country. While this might not seem like a big deal, it's incredibly deceptive, and after years and years and years of reading this type of writing, it has completely skewed our understanding of what is happening on the ground. nytimes.com/live/2026/03/3…

@RonFilipkowski It’s unfortunate that Trump keeps singling out the bombing of energy infrastructure as if such a thing is not a normal part of conducting a war. People then conclude that it’s a war crime but it isn’t. It’s a normal and necessary tactic to defeat the enemy.

@ImAgentRedacted @TruthFairy131 Are you saying any of the thousands of Jewish institutions across all of the western world simply cannot post on their Facebook page “we are anti-Zionist”? Maybe it’s because they aren’t. There is not one anti-Zionist Jewish organization on planet earth. Think about that

Why ask me if you want the truth? Ask them. We live in times when you will never get the truth from mainstream media, or from quick searches on google. Algorithms will only tell you what you want to hear, and the "news" is 90% propaganda. Truth does not come to you, and it does not come easily my friend, you have to seek it out. But since you did ask me, this is the best I can do on short notice.

So you're saying that despite Israeli wishes to become less reliant on the U.S., the U.S. is forcing Israel to stay a proxy? Remember last year they said they desire to decouple from U.S. reliance and basically take responsibility for regional stability away from the U.S. And the U.S. said nope not happening lmfao

Historically, the Zionist terror colony never wanted US bases on “its” territory. This shift is because the myth that the genocidal entity can “defend itself by itself” has been exposed. It is nothing but a 100% dependent American protectorate.

@ImAgentRedacted @TruthFairy131 There are o thousands of Jewish institutions in the west, from “non-profits” to religious institutions to historical institutions. Do you have an example of even 1 that has ever said “we are ANTI-ZIONIST”. Not “we don’t like Bibi” or “we want (vague) peace” Can you name one?

belief that a state (Israel in this case), once established, has a right to exist, does not make a person a Zionist. It would not be rational or viable to simply dismantle Israel at this point. That's just logical thought, not Zionism. I would not put too much trust in an AI response, as it's trained on sources like Wikipedia which is highly compromised. And that snippet comes across as very manipulative - i.e. typical of Wikipedia content. That said, the article you posted suggests 37% identify as Zionist. ... whilst being worded in such a way that 88% might be. I can potentially be fined or worse in my country for saying anything negative about Zionism. Given how easy it is to manipulate stats and sources like Wikipedia, I'd put zero faith in this claim. The last thing the puppet masters in Israel would want you thinking, is that they are lying about how much support they have.

@ImAgentRedacted @TruthFairy131 No, states don’t have rights. There is no legal ruling that any “state” has a right to exist. Rhodesia didn’t have a right to exist. The USSR didn’t have a right to exist. Sudan pre-partition didn’t have a right to exist Any legitimization of the existence of Israel is Zionism

I'd love to know where you pulled that statistic from. Judaism does not recognise Zionism as legitimate. So any Jew claiming to follow the Torah and also claiming that Zionism is religiously justified, is not actually practicing Judaism. You may be thinking of Chabad? Which is not "all Jews" and which is not really even Judaism, its Kabbalah, which is Occultism.

@julso_app @LucinehK_ The main threat to gulf countries is Israel. Hence why these lapdogs can only conceive of protection by bending the knee to America. And yes These countries do have the fire power to fight Israel but they know it’s impossible for the US not to come to Israel’s defense

@TruthFairy131 They call themselves Jews, but they are not. Judaism is not their religion. They are Sabbetean-Frankist (inverted Judaism, based on Kabbalah) , don't lump true Jews in with them. They hate us and they hate non-Sabbetean Jews.

Epstein document releases reveal multiple use of the term “goy” or “goyim” in emails, underscoring a worldview that demeaned non-Jews as lesser or exploitable in a network of power and predation. The use of these terms provides a window into the Jewish supremacism of Zionism. But they also show that Jewish supremacism goes much further – and much further back – than an association simply with the Zionist movement. My latest for @PropagandaFocus

@gigabasedd Jeffrey Epstein is dead. What are we supposed to object to? Also, I can't see those emails, so I have no idea in what CONTEXT he used the term. Anna, on the other hand, is alive, right here, and used the word in a context that was pretty clear.

Jeffrey Epstein can refer to non-Jews as “goyim” without a single Zionist raising an objection. When Anna uses the same term, she’s branded antisemitic and accused of inciting another Holocaust. Speech is policed based on who’s speaking.

The Zionist Israelis have killed so many civilians all across the region, including hundreds of journalists. What do you expect to happen when you create so many angry and enraged people in the region and they seek to revenge the killing of their loved ones? It’s a dire situation without a chance of normality. It’s a fight to the death.
