Lunar Permanence has always been a part of our vision. Our facilities, workforce, and production infrastructure are designed to support @NASAMoonBase. We're ready to meet the nation's needs. We're all in.
NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman@NASAAdmin

To build a sustained human presence on the Moon, we are building @NASAMoonBase, prioritizing surface operations and scalable infrastructure.  - Frequent robotic landings and mobility testing including MoonFall drones  - Starting in 2027 nearly monthly cadence of equipment and rovers with scientific payloads landing on the Moon.  - Investments in power, communications, and surface mobility  - Scalable infrastructure to support long-term human presence The objective is clear: build the foundation for an enduring lunar base and take the next step toward Mars.

Elon really threw some bold predictions into our conversation. An economy 10x its size in 10 years, a moon base, people on Mars, mass drivers in orbit.  What a time to be alive!

Yes, Claude is controlling my computer from my phone with Dispatch I don’t like posting about anything I haven’t actually tried myself Reposting a video is easy, quality content comes from actually experimenting with new features So I saw the announcement that Claude Dispatch now controls your computer and I simply asked it to open Twitter and like a Claude post Done ✅ Now we need SKILL.md files with instructions to use other apps on your computer… OMG! this is getting more interesting and more dangerous by the minute

@signulll When @pmarca mentioned the avoidance of introspection, there is a kernel of truth in it. Often mental striving can be ineffective and debilitating. Having a strong sense of knowingness about the desired end state may be truly empowering

ultimately it’s rumination that will haunt you. introspection doesn’t if you do it right. i think of introspection as game tape. you watch once, extract the signal, & close the tab. whereas rumination is the same clip on loop w/ no new information being processed. it’s reexperiencing dressed up as reflection. you should treat the past as a read only database. you query it, get your answer, & then gtfo. i do sometimes wish there was an explicit mechanic in the human mind to effectively hit “archive”. i have personally been on a treadmill here. there is a lot more here to dig w.r.t. to modern therapy culture which is effectively designed to dig deep as far as possible indefinitely & often with a lack of clear purpose.

Tesla’s TeraFab officially begins TODAY 🏭 This is make or break for possibly the whole AI industry Elon’s trying to build a 2nm chip fab from scratch. The most advanced process node on Earth. Only 3 companies can do this. TSMC spent $165 billion on their Arizona cluster alone. It took decades of institutional knowledge. Tesla has manufactured zero semiconductors. Ever. But they don’t really have a choice choice: Even in the best-case scenario where TSMC, Samsung, and Micron all max out production for Tesla, it’s still not enough chips for the Optimus and Cybercab roadmap…let alone the rest of the industry The AI5 chip this fab is designed to produce has 50x the compute of AI4. They need 100-200 billion of them per year. No foundry on the planet can commit to that volume on Tesla’s timeline. If it works, Tesla becomes one of maybe 4 entities on Earth that can produce frontier AI silicon in-house, and the only one that also builds the robots and cars. It would be game over

Isn’t it weird that the first Terminator movie in 1984 is basically about a guy coming back in time from the year 2029 to warn us about a war with Ai robots?

BREAKING: Microsoft just announced several major changes to Windows 11 in an effort to win back user trust and evolve the platform into something people will actually want to use over macOS and Linux! It's a huge announcement that addresses Windows 11's biggest problems today, tackling core fundamental issues such as unreliable system performance, UX consistency, AI bloat and general enshittification. Microsoft has confirmed that this year, it WILL be reducing where ads and Copilot appear throughout the system, including in Start, Widgets, Notepad, Photos, and more! File Explorer and Windows Search will be upgraded with improved performance and capabilities that make finding apps and files much faster and easier. The OS will become lighter with less RAM and system utilization at idle, making it smoother to run on low end hardware with limited memory. These improvements will also benefit high-end PCs too. Windows Update will be improved with more granular controls and the ability to postpone updates for longer, along with reducing how often the OS needs to restart to install an update. Microsoft has also confirmed that it's bringing back fan favourite features such as the ability to move the Taskbar! It's also working to update more areas of the system shell with modern WinUI designs, which should make Windows 11 feel more coherent and complete. There's much more in the announcement, and it honestly all sounds too good to be true. Microsoft really is listening to feedback, and is eager to make Windows the BEST desktop OS on the market. More details including when these changes will arrive in the link! windowscentral.com/microsoft/wind…

What is beyond the known universe ? What if the big bang did not happen ? Will there be nothing, but then where will the nothingness reside ? How can there be anything, if there was nothing to start with ? God is the division by zero answer, because we cannot come up with anything else. Dont know why these sort of thoughts bother us between 1 am and 3 am.. Is this when the simulation starts running screen savers?

Jeff Bezos, worth $234 billion, plans to replace 600,000 Amazon workers with robots. Now, he wants to spend $100 billion to fully automate not just his warehouses, but factories in the U.S & other countries. Oligarchs are waging all out war against workers. FIGHT BACK.

Coding and workflow automation with MCP Servers and custom agents can drive an order of magnitude improvement in productivity. I have been experimenting with an agentic layer running legacy thermo mechanical numerical analysis (i.e. compiled executables), and already reaping massive gains. I am not sure if the entire industry can pivot fast. Organization inertia is a real thing

If you haven’t taken the coding agent pill yet, I recommend it sooner rather than later. If you get started early you can do it a few small pills at a time. It’s a pretty big pill to swallow all at once.
