Changing the throttle body on my 20 yr old Citroen. Garage quoted me more than the cars worth, so bought the part for £80 + will do it under supervision of BiL. Fixing old cars is the real sustainability. Plus I don’t want to be burning through diesel in the Landy right now .

@TemuDuchess This won't fly in Australia where our consumer laws apply. They will need to refund or exchange a wickless candle. Products must be fit for purpose a candle without a wick isn't. This is just an example on one consumer law.

At 70 years old, I've recently colored my hair and undergone a makeover, and I'm seeking your constructive criticism to determine if the new look suits me.

@veezerx BMI doesn't work for me. One time I got down to 12.5% body fat (post menopause) and my BMI was still in the overweight range. My dietitian told me not to let a Dr tell me to lose weight. I ended up putting on an extra 2kg which worked for me. You look fantastic.

7 stone down so far. Probably the first time I've really noticed a difference when looking at photos. (Still overweight according to my BMI though..🙃)

Had a patient at the clinic i worked at who’s wife had a total hysterectomy and was undergoing treatment for cancer. Patient asked the physician I worked for to write her a note that he needed to have sex for prostste health reasons and she needed to comply. Doc said “Yeah, I’m not doing that, your wife is battling cancer, sex should be the least of your worries” btw The doc I worked for was a woman..!!
