As I predicted last year, @THORChain does not earn enough revenue to incentivize LPs and BPs concurrently. What makes the most sense for the protocol to do is to deprecate LP rewards and instead invest a portion of revenue into protocol owned liquidity - owning liquidity instead of renting it if you will - which will grow over time. My suggested revenue split: 5% Dev Fund 5% Marketing 10% TCY 20% POL 60% Bond Providers Funnily enough, this 3:1 BP:POL ratio is almost exactly equal to the historical BP:LP rewards ratio over the below timeframe $RUNE

@OKosacka52836 @TCY_Bull @THORChain The DCA strategy runs out of funds so it most be topped up. It couldn’t be topped up with more than 5 BTC last time because of the economic security limit. The limit was laxxed so the treasury will top up with 15 BTC this time.

Feel your pain as I have gone through the same experience @thorchain has given us an equity token We proceed from there There is no prospect of @THORChain repaying us I guess you have to look at $TCY as something that is not you asset you lost And make a decision on what it’s worth, and whether it’s worth holding Ball is in the court of those claiming That said @AaluxxMyth and his team designed a gem of a token, and it’s preforming as described However thorchain revenue and sentiment is rock bottom, nothing we can do about that other than either exit and move on, or stay and allow for new features etc Personally I think Thorchain will survive, and that $TCY is on balance worth holding atm But each to their own I genuinely wish you luck with your decision

You are right For thorchain reputation $TCY being successful plays a huge role It doesn’t have to make people whole, just give them something tangible $TCY is not the asset they lost it’s an equity token in the network But Thorchain helps itself when it can say, we stuffed up, we made a serious effort to do the right thing

$TCY thought Looking at the chart of $TCY / $RUNE We have been in the BUY ZONE since July, with the initial treasury pump mid September The main thing is the volume in the BUY ZONE has really been remarkable, with huge volume of exits and rage quits You can see the rising floor with no real sign of reversal since the July capitulation We have another 4 months of treasury buying ahead of us, and Rapid swaps coming soon We need 1. Pump in Thorchain fee income for the Flywheel 2. Wider market sentiment shift The Bull market isn't over

@skelethorfi I also think after Christmas most who want out will be gone And then treasury is just buying away with no major dumpers So that’s when I see TCY outperforming RUNE But again all dependant on Thorchain and its fee income improving And that just hasn’t happened, yet

Too hard to know I used to check the top 20 claimers as a proxy but haven’t in ages It looks like vol is drifting down again and price stable so we are in somewhat of an equilibrium there I do think we have had our capitulation already, where we had multiple days of >5M$TCY dumped Those days are past at least for now

@TCY_Bull Revenue is a very BIG must right now. Ever since Near's integration with Ledger, I've noted pretty low daily revenue, which affects Protocal buying and general confidence in TC. Solana, Monera, Rapid Swaps, & a hell ton of marketing is absolutely needed.

$TCY will have ongoing buy pressure from treasury till mid march 2026 We have had an massive amount of exits… this will slow with time Once $TCY settles to long term holders, the built in buy pressure effects will dominate Likely 35-40% of yield daily will buy $TCY providing a constant floor to the price If, and if fee income increases you will see the flywheel in full effect It’s always darkest before the dawn

@degenurai Look the thesis is that thorchain survives and finds its niche If it can do that… which I think it will then $TCY and its tokenomics mean that it will do very well

@TCY_Bull I think if it was any other type of holder they’d be happy being sat in it with the massive deflation plus yield. It’s only a matter of time before the tokenomics kick in in my opinion. If and when that blance tips it should attract fresh eyes that see the opportunity
