@UrbanCourtyard I think Buffalo is a prime candidate for courtyard blocks. There is a need for infill and quality affordable housing in swathes of the city. The key is not sacrificing the character of the city (radial design, historic neighborhoods, quality prewar housing stock, parks, etc.)
