@realcarrier411 @TimothyDooner That is an interesting idea I can get behind.
English

Let me make sure I understand...
You like the idea of us introducing a platform exclusively for carriers. And you want the ability for carriers to submit reports about brokers. Similar to FreightGuard Reports.
What if they were called CarrierGuard Reports?
Super Trucker Bill@BoatyDaBoat
@realcarrier411 Add a freight guard carriers can use against brokers.... Then golden. A major missing piece in the industry is driver behavior reports. If a small carrier hire a turd driver. It can destroy your company.
English

@TCaticha @supertrucker Let's do everything possible to elimianate the bad, unsafe carriers - especially those with overseas operations and drivers with non-dmiciled CDLs. America first.
English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker I’ve been in the industry for 24 years. You have no idea of my scope of understanding. Im all for getting rid of the bad and even mediocre carriers. Its those good carriers that are victims i advocate for.
English

Despite what you may believe, Carrier411 is the leading service in the industry for brokers and shippers to research carriers, screen carriers, make hiring decisions about carriers, and monitor carriers. Call around and talk to brokers. Then you''l learn the reality and truith. You can be a carrier advocate all day long, but I don't think you're really exposed to and understand what brokers have to deal with every day when it comes to undependable, unreliable, and negligent carriers that cause problems - and then there's all the fraud. There are bad carriers, good carriers, and great carriers. Our platform helps the logistics industry decide and make their own educated choices. No offense, but this is a conversation beyond your scope of understanding.
English

@realcarrier411 I would take the challenge if I can pick the 10 cases. Don’t just give me the ones skewed you want to show me.
English

@TCaticha How about we give you the MC numbers for 10 different carriers that got FreightGuarded. You can call and have a conversation with them about the report. Then I will call you with all the documented proof from the broker. We can compare notes. And then you'll know the truth.
English

FreightGuard Reports: Transparency with Safeguards
Carriers love to complain about FreightGuard Reports and don't want to be held accountable. That's between the carrier and the broker/shipper who reported them.
FreightGuard Reports exist because fraud, no-shows, double-brokering, freight theft, cancelling, hostage loads, and other reportable items hurt our broker and shipper customers.
Reports are broker/shipper opinions based on real transactions - not official rulings. Carrier411 doesn't act as judge and jury. But we do review every report.
Some reports may get deleted by us. and some may be released immediately to let our customers know.
✅ Carriers have a 72-hour response window and get an immediate email how to respond. Your response is visible in the report.
✅ Customers that submit reports must agree (see screenshot): full name, no retaliation/harassment, honest opinion, accurate facts, and provide proof if needed.
Good carriers who communicate and deliver loads without causing problems for brokers and shippers rarely get reports.
Carriers can (and should) report toxic brokers/shippers in their response - the platform works both ways.
Our goal isn't perfection - it's better transparency so reliable players find each other easier.
Misuse violates our Terms. Legitimate disputes can get resolved through clear communication between parties and through the response.
What realistic improvements would make while keeping it effective? Open to "real" suggestions.

English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker I applaud @realcarrier411 as a whole.Your service is needed. For both sides. My issue is specific to how the freight guard system is operated and maintained. It’s skewed to one side. It’s not fair. Its un-American. Its guilty until proven innocent.
English

Wrong again. Please explain why in over 21 years in business we have NEVER raised our base price starting at $99 per month. We could raise it to more than you would guess. But we won't because I made a promise to the industry - as long as I own the company, we will never raise our base price. Promises made, promises kept. If you think Carrier411 is about protecting brokers and shippers from an industry plagued by fraud and misinformation. Give it up.
English

@realcarrier411 If the broker is correct im all for the truth be said. Im against the times brokers use freight guards as a weapon against carriers that did nothing wrong. Thats it. An independent body to rule on those charges is not only fair but transparent. It would give it move credibility.
English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker Of they will disagree. It’s skewed in their favor. @realcarrier411 had a conflict of interest. Between what is right and its wallet.
English

@TCaticha @supertrucker Incorrect. About 60,000 logins per day means something big. Brokers, shippers, factors and others who use Carrier411 would strongly disagree with you.
English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker Then by definition is not for the industry. It’s for a niche of the industry.
English

@TCaticha @supertrucker Carrier411 is the service for the industry - brokers and shippers. Not carriers. 21 years strong.
English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker This is not a service to the industry. This is a disservice which is skewed one way.
English

@realcarrier411 @supertrucker And only the broker can take it off even if the allegation is disproven so if the broker has ill intentions and doesn’t take it off there is no recourse for the carrier. There needs to be an independent body to oversee this system in order to be useful tho the entire industry.
English

@realcarrier411 Well they should. That is definitely a red flag. 🚩
English

Brokers and shippers get "twitchy" when they look up a carrier and see related companies - especially ones with inactive carrier authority.
There's another "pucker factor" when they learn a carrier is connected to companies with broker authority - regardless of whether the broker authority is active or inactive with FMCSA.
The important things are in the details.

@RepHageman @60Minutes @Teamsters @OOIDA @TRUCKINGdotORG Here is more complete idea to your legislation.

English

.@60Minutes reported chameleon carriers are FOUR TIMES more likely to be involved in severe traffic crashes.💥
The @Teamsters, @OOIDA, and @TRUCKINGdotORG all support my legislation, the SAFE Act, to bring these carriers to a HALT and keep bad actors off the road. 🛑

@realcarrier411 @Scottnotonemor1 @USDOT @FMCSA @SecDuffy @BarrsDerek @HSI_HQ @ICEgov @FBI @POTUS @CBSNews @60Minutes I love that. We need to eliminate all the bad actors from the industry. I applaud every effort that has that in mind. We need to come together industrywide to make it better and free of all nefarious actors.

OPERATION ENTERPRISE: FROM FREIGHTGUARD REPORT TO FEDERAL ACTION AND DEPORTATION
We hope this gets the attention of @USDOT @FMCSA @SecDuffy @BarrsDerek @HSI_HQ @ICEgov @FBI @POTUS @CBSNews @60Minutes and others in the industry.
Repost this.
Awareness is how it gets stopped.
Dumitru "Dave" Ciudin is the frontman owner of "Indiana" carriers MC990377 Select Corporation and MC1173011 Select Transportation — both connected to a much larger overseas fraud network operating out of the Eastern European country of Moldova.
They are still operating today - with active FMCSA authority.
On April 10, 2026, we were informed that Dumitru Ciudin was removed from Butler County Jail in Ohio.
He didn't walk out a free man.
Ciudin had been held on an ICE hold since his arrest by HSI and ICE on November 21, 2025 in Lebanon, Ohio, after appearing for a court-ordered deposition tied to a lawsuit his company filed.
We were there and recorded it.
See part of the "Walk of Shame" video below when he was arrested by HSI and ICE agents in Ohio.
Following his arrest:
Bond was denied.
Deportation proceedings began December 16, 2025.
He remained in custody.
On April 13, 2026, we were notified his DEPORTATION STATUS has been VERIFIED.
Ciudin has now been TRANSFERRED to an undisclosed location and is being PROCESSED for REMOVAL back to MOLDOVA.
He has already been denied twice. Any further appeal is highly unlikely to succeed.
At the same time, the lawsuit filed by MC990377 Select Corporation against broker in Lebanon, Ohio was DISMISSED.
Monetary sanctions were awarded in favor of the broker.
That's not just a legal outcome.
That's a win for the logistics industry.
This all started with one FreightGuard Report.
A broker documented their experience — backed by evidence.
The carrier responded with harassment, threats, and ultimately a lawsuit that dragged on for well over a year.
The report was not deleted.
The broker stood their ground.
And won.
That single report triggered a chain reaction:
Federal involvement
Arrest
Months of incarceration
Hundreds of pages of evidence
And now deportation
The records tell the story.
Ciudin is tied to MC990377 and MC1173011.
On his OP-1 application, he denied prior relationships with FMCSA-regulated entities under penalty of felony perjury. His electronic signature is on that filing.
MC1173011 shows classic chameleon carrier indicators:
Shared IP addresses
Foreign IP activity tied to Moldova
Shared truck VIN numbers
Shared management and family connections
There's more.
An MCS-150 update was electronically submitted for MC990377 while Ciudin was incarcerated.
We confirmed with Butler County Jail officials that he had no internet access and no ability to do that.
Someone other than Ciudin submitted the MCS-150 to FMCSA and it e-signed with the name Dumitru Ciudin.
We have the document to prove it.
Ciudin's wife, illegal alien Olga Lungu, is also tied to these entities through official filings.
Applications submitted under her name claimed U.S. citizenship and denied connections to Select Corporation — statements made under penalty of felony perjury.
These are government filings available through FOIA.
This is not one carrier.
This is a system.
Trucking companies on paper
Dispatch operations run out of Moldova
Hundreds of interconnected MC numbers
Identity shifting across entities
Operations controlled outside the United States
Ciudin is one player in a much larger network.
His "trucking comanies on paper" and dispatchers continue to operate overseas from Moldova.
That has also been verified. And we have the proof.
Entities being discussed include Victor Tipa and a Moldova-based dispatch operation known as VVT Group, reportedly tied to hundreds of MC numbers, along with connections involving MC023264 Road Wizards.
We are also aware that federal agencies are now looking into these broader connections.
The public got a small glimpse of things like this on a recent episode of 60 Minutes involving Super Ego Holding.
What they saw was one example.
This is the pattern behind it.
Overseas-controlled operations using U.S. authorities, U.S. identities, and U.S. freight — while operating outside U.S. oversight.
Legitimate U.S. carriers take years to build compliant operations.
These networks appear overnight because the capital isn't clean, the labor isn't legal, the operations aren't in the U.S., and oversight is being exploited.
Carrier411 provided hundreds of pages of evidence to HSI and ICE.
That evidence led to an arrest.
Incarceration.
And now deportation.
Freight fraud isn't abstract.
It's highly coordinated.
It's extremely organized.
And it's draining millions from the U.S. supply chain.
This didn’t stop at a FreightGuard Report.
It ended with federal agents.
And the plane to Moldova will be departing soon.
The public just saw the tip of it.
The industry is living the rest of it.
English

@realcarrier411 @REGIONRAT You want to improve the industry as a whole let’s get together and accomplish it. AS A WHOLE, not just in one direction. If you’re not part of the solution then you’re part of the problem. End of story. I don’t have an agenda, I‘m in favor of what is right.
English

@TCaticha @REGIONRAT Please stop with the nonsense about FreightGuard Reports and tell your trucking clients to do their job and stop causing problems for brokers. End of story.
English

What do you guys think about this FG report on @realcarrier411 this morning? Who's right, who's wrong?
