The President lied about me today on social media. While he tries to distract from the soaring gas prices and economic worry he has caused, here’s what we are doing in Virginia. I’ve signed dozens of bipartisan bills into law to address high housing, healthcare, and energy costs — and not the taxes the President and his allies are lying about. To name a few: 
✅ Stopping predatory middlemen from driving up the cost of prescription drugs
✅ Incentivizing the construction of housing Virginians can actually afford
✅ Protecting families from covering the cost of energy infrastructure improvements
✅ Letting localities adopt affordable housing programs
✅ Incentivizing energy independence
✅ Investing in and growing our healthcare workforce
✅ Helping localities invest in new energy technology

I’ve signed bills to accelerate $7.1 billion in capital investment projects that will bring more than 3,250 jobs to our Commonwealth — including taking the final step in a multi-year process to bring the second-largest economic development project ever in Southern Virginia.

Instead of offering solutions to the problems he is both creating and actively making worse, the President scapegoats. He does it all the time. In Virginia, I am focused on providing stability for families, businesses, and communities — and delivering real results.

Exhibit C—Lewd photos—(01:48) “He would send short Snapchat videos of him rubbing his pen*s through his pants while on the airplane.” Exhibit D—Potential r*pe—(02:07) She woke up naked next to Swalwell and he said “last night was great.” Exhibit E—R*pe—(03:17) She says how in 2024 she met Swalwell and then he r*ped her. (03:51) “I can see flashes of that evening of him on top of me, me pushing him off. Him grabbing me… (04:07) I said, ‘No.’ In my flash that I can recall, I was pushing him off of me saying no… He didn’t stop.” Exhibit F—Corroboration—(04:44) CNN says, “Her mother confirmed her account in an interview with CNN. CNN also reviewed screenshots of texts she sent to a friend saying she was sexually assaulted, by Eric. She also shared this note from a physician’s assistant calling her a survivor after she went to get tested for STDs one week later.” Exhibit G—More victims—(05:20) “In addition to this former staffer, three other women who spoke with CNN also allege sexual misconduct by Swalwell. One said he kissed her and touched her without her consent. Two of the women said he sent them unsolicited explicit messages or nude images of himself. Something the others said Swalwell did with them as well.” Swalwell denies all these allegations.
