@AsdaServiceTeam @asda once again simply fantastic service from online ordering, delivery booked in for half 12, text to confirm delay, chased for more info confirmed new time, chased once new time had passed, on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. Classic!! #ThatsAsdaPrice

@AsdaServiceTeam I have been refused a refund for a faulty item I purchased in October 2025 due to no original packaging. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be fit for purpose. My item is not fit for purpose.

@AsdaServiceTeam Except… I was there, from just after 11am until 11:30 and there were no staff, four cars ahead of me, my order still showed as ‘Preparing’ and I couldn’t say that I was there to collect. I went home. So to text me now half an hour later is just appalling.

@AsdaServiceTeam hey Asda Hatfield (Hertfordshire) Why have two entrances to the store when the town center entrance always appears to be shut on a Sunday, adding a minute or 2 walk to anybody coming from the town centre entrance, not friendly to the elderly or disabled??

@AsdaServiceTeam I was due my groceries to be delivered paid £6.50 for slot 8pm till 9pm waited till 9.30pm called helpline number where the gentleman was trying to contact the store I’m assuming leigh/wigan/bolton to track the delivery. It’s now 9.50am Sunday still no delivery

Absolutely baffled at customer service provided by Asda. Firstly requested everything to be packed in bags multiple times. £340 shop delivered without bags. Once delivered over 25 items missing. Trying to send a simple email!!! No ease to do this @asda @AsdaServiceTeam
